One of the reasons I go to Jimmy John’s is the pickle. Really disappointed today. It wasn’t a whole picked that was quartered, it looked like scraps picked up off the floor. Included hair and dirt. The guy in the drive thru replaced it and apologized. This is the first bad experience I’ve ever had at a Jimmy John’s.

I ordered 15 boxed lunches for a company meeting today, and this location did a fabulous job!! I didn’t know how many I would need to order until about 2 hours ahead of time, and they still got them done and delivered on time for me. All the boxes were correct (even ones with edits made to the sandwiches!), everything was made yummy, and they even labeled each box with each person’s name! Thank you guys for making it a great meeting lunch.

I have never written a review for a company’s reckless drivers but this incident is beyond ridiculous. Today at about 1 pm I witnessed a JJ driver in a newer Jeep (no license plates) almost cause several wrecks. On Overland, near Roosevelt, the driver was speeding and was tailgating a car next to me as close as 3 feet away. Just insanely close. He then passed both of us through the median and just narrowly missed a head-on collision with a third car. It was frightening. I followed him to JJ on Vista and confronted him about his driving and how dangerous he was to others. He was belligerent. I went into the store, reported the whole thing to his supervisor and pointed the driver out. Supervisor says “Yeah, I’ve had other complaints about him”. What??? Now Jimmy John’s has a known dangerous driver. If he causes a wreck, then I would not be surprised if Jimmy John’s gets dragged into the lawsuit.

Obviously by the reviews this place is very poorly ran and managed. I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru for one sandwich with no one else in line. I asked for no tomato (very simple request that even a 10 year old could accomplish) well the sandwich had tomato on it and it also had a little extra surprise, peppers! Since when did peppers come on the Italian Night Club? I used to work for Jimmy Johns and I did not find it hard to read the sandwich slips or use my god given ears and brain to accomplish orders even during the busiest of rush hours with catering orders stacked on top of each other.

Went thru drive thru to grab sandwiches to float the River so I did not have an opportunity to open them until we were too far away to go back. I ordered a slim not realizing it doesn’t come with veggies. Fine. I’ll eat the turkey. Literally it had 3 slices of turkey not even centered on the bread. Unbelievable.

Jimmy John’s is my absolute favorite place to get a sandwich!!! Everything down to the bread, meats and bags of chips they serve are by far my favorite!! The BBQ chips are so good and I get those everytime. The also have a rewards account you can sign up for to get discounts and free food after a few purchases. Jimmy John’s is definitely a high recommendation from me!!!
