Order was called in order told me 10-15 min got there was not ready when promised, no big deal willing to wait it’s Saturday it’s busy I get it told 5 more min. Waited then another 5-8 min for my order because they were barely putting it in get home pizza is undercooked called to complain offered me replacement but I’m home I Don’t want to go out again no credit, no refund terrible customer service. So Disappointed been ordering from there over many years. Not anymore.

Not as great as it used to be back in the day, but this will do for a quick pick up on your way home to watch the game! Pizza Hut please stop spraying that oily stuff on my pizza, it’s greasy enough just the way it comes out of the oven! Friendly service and not too long of a wait if it’s not busy, but come on the weekend and expect to wait 10 minutes longer than usual. It not a dine in restaurant and you are limited to a small bench on your stay as you wait for your deep dish meat lovers extra large pizza. 😉

My order was only ok. I had to call for my order and remind them that it was a delivery. They had it in the system for pick up, but I scheduled it online for delivery. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my order to be delivered from the time it was promised.

Most ridiculous service. I placed an order at 6:00 PM. The order was for Curbside pick up. I got to the store at 6:45 and Called to let them know that I was out side. No one picked up and I noticed there were lot of people inside the store. I went inside and informed the guy that I was there to pick up the order and provided my name. He said I will be right back. There were 12 people waiting inside. I asked one of the customers waiting inside and he said he has been there since 45 min. After about 5 min. the employee comes to front and I showed him the app to tell him that it says the order is ready can you just look in the oven to let me know if my order is ready? Without saying anything he went back again for another 10 minutes. Other customers were also loosing their patience by now and the employee came in front again and I requested to just tell me if my order is ready or not so I can just go to Domino’s His response was ” You can go” No apology, no explanation of why order is not ready nothing. Now I know where to get my pizza from “Not this place”

This location is definitely strange at times. I’ve had a almost bad experience but it’s usually a good one. The last couple times I’ve ordered have been good experience. Although I feel like the garlic bread sticks have gone down in quality. *I don’t blame the location for this, rather Pizza Hut as a company.

Ordered a pizza via UberEats and the order was not transmitted properly (think ordered a supreme and got a plain cheese). The team member at the desk was very helpful and made sure I got out of there with the correct pizza. Thank you very much!!
