I’ve been on a blizzard kick so have bought one just about everyday. This isn’t cheap as I spend normally close to 20 each day. I go between 3 stores. Exit 5 Ga being my favorite as they can make it perfect every time. Oxford’s was made right just melted and definitely couldn’t put it upside down. My complaint though is with Jacksonville because after spending 18 bucks for a small and large blizzard and pay for the extra toppings I shouldn’t have 3/4 of a cup of vanilla ice cream that is plain with no toppings. Just a waste of my money cause this will now have to be thrown away as I don’t like plain vanilla ice cream. I mean just wow!

AFTER i had my order taken at the drive thru I pulled up to the window just for the man to tell me they don’t take chime. I used the same card that same day earlier. He said I could use it for a mobile order, which i’m not understanding due to the fact that I’m still using the same card. You can’t just pick and choose what card you can and can’t take especially when you’re not corporate. Imagine how many customers they lost just because they can’t pay with a chime card. I literally receive my direct deposits to my chime card and I can’t even get anything from dairy queen in jacksonville with it. Troy Brader wouldn’t be happy.

Too many customers from a bus from Birmingham school were crowding the order line. The employees did nothing to get the teenagers to get seated so their order could be delivered. Other customers were ignored because the teenagers were loud, unruly, and impolite. Store manager did nothing to help the situation

Visited for lunch, not very busy. After you order your food they bring it to your table. Clean store and restroom. I ordered a double cheeseburger, with fries. Nothing spectacular. Didn’t order any Ice cream or ice cream products, but did notice freezer in lobby with ice cream cakes?

The cashier was very nice, she was attentive when we were ordering. We had to wait 15-20min for our order. We ordered ice cream and slushes and we received that before we got our burgers and fries. By the time we received our food the ice cream and slushy was melted . Our food sat in the window for a while our order was cold once we got home we had to reheat everything. Usually this location is very fast and fresh
