I ordered my pizza but after surveying the surroundings of the restaurant I left and didn’t want to eat from this nasty restaurant. This place was filthy and trifling. Shame shame. The area where they box your pizza, filthy. The young man making the pizza I ordered but didn’t get, had gloves on and went to the back to grab some items and didn’t switch out his gloves but continues making the pizza. This store needs a visit from the Health Department seriously. If you can zoom in on the pictures please do. Trash everywhere on the floor in the prepping/cooking area.

Most of the time this location is GREAT. Today was a different day. I ordered my pizza online. When I went to pick up my order at 7:05pm.. The time they said, my pizza was not ready. Ok that is fine I can wait a few minutes. The guy said we are preparing it now. Ok that is fine. As I am sitting and waiting I noticed people who came in after me are getting their food. So I go and ask the guy “how much longer will it be for my order” he said give me 8 minutes. I asked him have you guys even made my pizza yet. He honestly said no. The time is now 7:20pm. I watch the guy look for my order and start to make it. Ok so as I am walking back to have a seat. I seen this guy waiting and getting irritated. I asked him you ordered online too. He said yes. His pick up time was 6:55pm. He them explained he work at a different MODS. He can understand a fluke can happen. Ok that’s fine. So I get call only ONE PIZZA was ready. While that pizza was getting cold waiting on my other two pizza. I finally left there at 7:51pm.

The last few times I’ve been to this establishment. The food has been sub par. The pizza taste burnt and gritty on the bottom. The pizza has been wet. They have also been out of a lot of ingredients. Also noticed they touched everything in the restaurant with the same gloves on I have to choose another MOD

I would give a better review if the employees provide better services. This young generation needs to lose the attitude and stay focus. This young man literally got distracted by some teenagers and cussed them out while placing my order. He literally forgot to fix my salad when I asked. Overall, attitude needs to be adjusted

I feel like the pizza was just “Okay”. Nothing fancy or spectacular. Could definitely use more cheese and sauce. Crust crumbled apart and toppings slid off quickly. So a bit disappointed there. However I will say the staff were super nice and the building was clean and inviting. They charge by crust size not by toppings, so you don’t have to go by their menu.

Went to pick up an item that I paid for that wasn’t delivered. The white girl asked one black guy to assist me after walking past me and then later asked another black guy to go get the item from the back, and both of them guys fetched! Inform that white girl to work or leave!
