With every breakfast, lunch and catered event, our fresh ingredients, that quirky take on comfort food, and a sense of community go well beyond basic. We aim to leave you both full and fulfilled.
We promise to bring you fresh-cracked eggs. We promise to bake our biscuits from scratch every day, and never serve you some previously frozen puck of dough. We promise to provide impeccably clean stores, where you can focus on delicious food and those with whom you choose to enjoy it. Like you, our biscuits are a lot of things, but we promise they’ll never be boring.

Last time I came here was when they opened. Love the gravy and biscuits. Although I don’t remember waiting 40 minutes for my food last time like I did this time. Not sure what happened this time around. I came around lunch time it wasn’t to busy. In the end food was great.

Trendy, pricey, but great food. The coffee bar is great, it allows you to add whatever flavor, sugar and creamer you would like. Choices are limited but it is kept clean. The cashier isn’t very helpful or friendly, so if it is your first time, check this out.

The food was delicious, but the service needs work. The pines location seems to be understaffed, but they continued taking orders that would take an hour or longer to fill. After waiting an hour, I had to seek out a manager to get my food. It’s a cute place, though, and my food was good.

I have been to numerous Maple Street Busquit Companies in different areas and this is by far the the worst one and will not be coming back. There is only one person taking orders and they wait at least 5 minutes before taking the next order. Which causes a huge herd of people blocking the doors and tables. While you are waiting to give your order, no one greets you or apologizes for the wait. After you place your order, you find yourself a dirty table and an even dirtier coffee station with many of the coffee carafes empty. Everything is quite sticky and disgusting. The floor is littered with napkins and silverware. Once your food is ready, good luck finding silverware to use. I wish I could say the food was worth the wait, it wasn’t. With so many better options around town, like I said, I will not be back.

I am writing to inform you of the poor service and food I received at your restaurant on August 26, 2023. I visited your restaurant and ordered a salad to go. I expected to receive my order in a reasonable time, but I had to wait for an hour before it was ready. This was very inconvenient and unacceptable. When I checked the salad, I noticed that it was not what I had ordered. The salad was supposed to have spinach, tomatoes and chicken, but it had no tomatoes at all. It was a very bland and unsatisfying salad that did not match the description on the menu. I was very dissatisfied with my order and felt like I wasted my time and money at your restaurant. I wish I had chosen another place where they have better food and service. I doubt that I will ever return to your restaurant or suggest it to anyone who wants a quality meal.

I have never visited this restaurant before, but a few friends and I decided to try it out and I am SO happy we did! It was a cute place for a quick brunch and the food and coffee was amazing. The manager Jarvis was also really nice and took the time out to check in on us. Good food, Good coffee and Great customer service definitely puts this spot into my usual rotation!
