While I have received the wrong order twice at this location, the management team really does go out of their way to correct it or make you happy but at be nice when you address it with them. Mistakes happen, I get it. I’m not sure what manager I spoke to the first time it happened but it was a woman but she was great. Today I spoke to DaShawn (my apologies if I spelled that wrong). Thank you for excellent customer service and offering to correct the mistake, it is greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work!

I went in there and Chelsea hooked me up. She was so polite and nice when making my food, it made me happy to be there. She went above and beyond and was so patient with me since I’m not familiar with QDoba at all. I will definitely be returning to this location. Chelsea deserves a raise for sure!

There’s no leadership at this location. I briefly thought a few months back it was turning around for the better. And I was wrong. The store is a mess. Employees have AirPods in. My take out order was given away to someone else.

Drove 20 minutes to pick up my order and found it was incomplete, missing the queso and guac I paid extra for. Employees were unprofessional, loudly joking and complaining. They seemed indifferent to the mistake when I reached out after getting home. Very disappointed, and I won’t be returning.

This place needs to close or be put under new management. It was unappetizing to see the food be put in the line from a plastic bag. The food was cold and had a burnt taste to it. The line was dirty and the food look old. The lights were off, like if it was meant to be seem like the place was closed. Place was not welcoming and food was cold.

This store was a disaster. I should have turned around when I noticed the tables were not wiped down. The prep line seemed to be pretty inefficient .Tacos were cold despite being on the tortilla press. One team member’s hair should have probably been in a hairnet or pulled back. Staff just let a baby lay on top of the glass so he could drool on the food. I ordered two fountain sodas and after I paid and asked for cups, found out the fountain was out of order. So I had to buy 2 bottled drinks in a followup transaction. I sat down to eat and wiped my own table. When I had my black beans over rice, they tasted like cigarette ashes. They could have easily been burnt, but imagine that taste. I brought it to the manager who acknowledged knowing they were burnt. HORRENDOUS! I would like my money back. I wish a picture could convey the taste for the management team. I will probably never eat at a Qdoba again.

Filthiest Qdoba I’ve ever been. Food wasn’t bad and the staff were courteous but God!! clean the place up most people grab food to go, we were the only ones eating there and I see why. Please step it up management.

Customer service was great but the food didn’t taste good, the rice taste like it was dipped in dish water & the rice was so hard & crunchy. I have been coming here for over a year, I don’t know what happen to the last staff but at least the food was great, the food just doesn’t taste good anymore but I come back thinking it’s going to be different. Very disappointed ☹️
