After having such an amazing experience at dominoes last week I was very looking forward to a great dinner of the exact same thing repeated. I gladly paid the $50 for dinner because I knew I would enjoy it however I was disappointed like every other time I’ve had dominoes. I guess the last time was just a fluke. I ordered two medium pizzas both with two toppings my thin crust pizza is cut into squares and has some basil sprinkle on half of it and my pan crust pepperoni pizza that I paid extra for both types of cheese and just pepperoni is not even fully baked and they only use the asiago cheese which was the topping I chose not the cheese selection. I also ordered two garden salad with Caesar dressing. I was sent to Cesar salad. The lettuce makes a difference. I haven’t even opened up my cookie because I’m sure it’s going to be either overcooked or undercooked at this point from everything else.

After waiting over an hour for our dinner, we received cold and half eaten pizza! When I called the store to discuss this, they were rude and didn’t want to make it right! After bickering with them for a few minutes, they told me they would redeliver the pizzas but it would be almost 2 hours for delivery! AND to return the pizzas to the driver. I planned on giving them their pizzas back but why should my family have to starve for another 2 hours because of this?! Not only did I pay a small fortune for their joke of a meal, but they will give you attitude the entire time. They refused to let me speak to a manager as well stating that it wasn’t necessary. BULL SH*T! Stick to other pizza companies!

Really bad customer service they worry more about deliveries than customers inside I will never go there again. instead of the rude heavyset girl handing my order to go to me she just puts it on the shelf and walks out to go deliver knowing I was waiting. It would of what just taken her two seconds to hand it to me.

First and foremost, ORDER ONLINE BEFOREHAND AT THIS LOCATION. Messed up the order, after being told 4 times for thick crust we recieved the flattest and blandest pizza we’ve ever had. Basically received toasted crackers. And when being asked about ordering drinks, we were replied with “small or large” not knowing what that could mean, we ended up opting for “large” and buying $4 each liters of Coke. Little Caesar’s gets a bad rap but honestly, it’s 100% better than what we got here. Absolutely and extremely disappointed with service and products.

Great deals, super underrated, there $6.99 carryout deal is gold! For a bland frozen name brand take home and bake yourself pizza it’s $7.99-$9.99 at smart and final and it’s smaller then dominos. Also the staff here is fast and friendly. Never had any issues and have ordered here 5-6 times in the last few months.

this was the most frustrating ordering experience I waited over an hour, pizza had been out of the oven for 30 minutes, and the driver wasn’t even on the road. I called to cancel my order and was put on hold a long time. pizza still wasn’t out for delivery. manager just made excuses. I used to order from here all the time. The attitude was horrible, and if I hadn’t called, they would have gladly taken their $20+ and sent me a cold pizza

I told the brain dead lady that I wanted x-large ultimate pepperoni and garlic twists with five cheese dip, but apparently she only head medium pepperoni?!?! This girl needs to go back to preschool special edd for that empty chrome dome on goddd we ordered the twists on the side and waited 20 minutes, we didn’t bother reordering the pizza. Overall, the food was good but lost some brain cells dealing with that child
