I never feel the need to write a review but I think Ryan needs to get some pto or find more staff to work for him. I called trying to explain that the online system did not update my phone number and house number as I pressed saved changes to ensure that I did. When I called he continued to tell me I had a phone number that he tried calling “40 times” so I asked him if he’d like to update my phone number with the home number and he said no he just needed my home number and hung up. I wanted to make sure I didn’t make this feel like it was his fault so I called back just to remind him and let him understand the fault was not his it was the online system but he continued to get snappy and super unprofessional and hung up again.

I ordered two 20 cokes with my meal and received 2 sprites instead. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem but having coke delivered to to my hotel room was the purpose of order. Driver could have brought me a bag of French fries & 2 cokes and I’d be happier then I am right now with a sprite. New Domino’s slogan gonna be “Stay thirsty my friends”.

Please don’t add customization options if you’re not going to do it.. I ordered my pizza to be cut square style and it came pie. I also wanted it well done and the pineapples and onions were raw. I asked for deep dish and I got something in-between a deep dish and a pan. I picked up the order during my lunch break so had no choice but to take it or not eat. Very disappointing.

They CONSTANTLY short you on toppings. You order extra cheese and you end up with lite cheese that cost you two dollars more. My last order showed up with the entire pizza shoved to one side of the box because of the driver, not taking any care whatsoever!

The food is good but on a side note my wings wasn’t made right and was told they don’t mix the wings with the sauce they get drizzled on top my brother was upset. When called they was nice but offered to give more bbq which ofc I don’t need. Half of the drivers are nice such as Luke and the one with the white Nissan extremely nice. The other drivers are rude and keyed my car
