Ordered açai bowl, with blueberries, strawberries and pineapple. The fruits don’t feel fresh. They have a weird after taste. Had a strawberry cheesecake frappe, the cheesecake and strawberry topping were no good, same thing…yucky after taste.

Delicious Açaís Bowls , But unfortunately the costume service and the staff are not professional nor have a sense of costume service not a smile and they look so miserable , You will get ALOT OF TEEN ATTITUDE. I came in around 4:22pm and waited about 4-3 minutes upfront the place empty they knew I was there and didn’t even take a sec to address me to ask me to give her a sec. She even came out with Something on the counter, looked at me and went back again and ignore me and just took her little time, She was not alone I might say!! And asked for extra Toppings , when my order as giving to me the topping was not extra , I told Melissa it looked like they didn’t add the extra topping and she said yes … I was not convinced so I went back and told her I was not convinced and wanted the additional coconut oil I asked for wish I paid $1.09 . She pulled back with an attitude and said OK ! Putting up her hard and upon her return back to me with a stench, face since the beginning of the service and every time I go to this place all the stuff have a stench face and are miserable with no customer service. Not even a slight smile. As a business owner myself, I suggest to get better stuff this is going to be the ruins for your business with people that don’t have work ethics or not even a little bit of professionalism.

One of the best frappes I’ve had in a while, the employees were extremely helpful and nice making my first visit memorable, they catered to what I wanted, and made the best frappe. They definitely know how to help you choose what you want, and are very helpful if you are having a hard time chosing from the menu. The kids size was extremely cheap for $6. I definitely recommend the Chocolate banana one, it was delicious! They speak English and Spanish, and are very accommodating as well.

I come here often once a week and always struggle to get here before it closes, today 5/13 /23 I got there right at 9:59 I know they close at 10 the sign was still out and open sign lit on, parked right infront of the store and as soon as I got out the girl turned the sign off.

I asked for a strawberry and Nutella frappe, the girl was a little hesitant bc she said they don’t always come out good but she made mine perfectly! She was in there ALONE and kept her composure not getting overwhelmed even though I’m sure she was bc there were a lot of people. There were 12 people in my group and at least 5 people there before us. Very great customer service and very good frappes.
