I’ve been excited to try this place. Did the original broth and spicy (medium). Broth had great flavor. Medium has a cook kick, but not too spicy if you are use to asian spices. We spent $50 for two and got 4 food items no drinks. Only complaint, we were going to get 3 but the waiter pushed the 4th side. He was very quick with cooking instructions. Overall it was a fun interactive experience great for a date night and portions were big and filling.

Just a warning, the spicy broth is SPICY. Even at a “medium” level, coughing and crying a bit. Had to ask for a clean bowl and utensils because the spice was too much. I heard another guest joking with the waitress, “this is mild spice..? I would NOT go any higher than this!” I would recommend that they offer the chili oil as a side and guests can adjust the spice to their liking instead of bringing it out already in the broth. Everyone has a different tolerance.

The food is delicious after you blow on it. Be careful when enjoying your hot pot experience because believe it or not it’s hot! We ordered everything under the sun and all of it is delicious. I recommend pork belly, mild broth, and chefs special chili sauce.

Always a super fun experience. I love to do an adult only date, friends or family, and even the kids love it. It’s fun to personalize your hot pot with what you want and to try new things or combinations. The fresh noodles are AMAZING!

This restaurant is worth checking out. Normally there is nothing special about soup until you try this place. The fact you can cook your ingredients in the restaurant’s delicious broth ( spicy or regular) is pretty cool. You know you are getting the fresh ingrediates in your soup and it’s being made in front of you. They have many ingredients you can choose from but the ones we went with were homemade noodles, chicken, beef, shrimp, and dumplings. They have vegetable options but we were here for the meats today. Service was fantastic, we always had water and enough broth for our ingrediates. The portions were plentiful enough for someone to get full and have left overs. The steam buns we had here were also very delicious, best I have tasted here in Tri-cities.

OMG! Why have I never sought out hot pot before? It was fantastic. We got the mild and spicy broths; the spicy was quite spicy. We ordered spinach, beef, lamb, wontons, frozen tofu, and soba noodles. Thank you, Fung Bros, for teaching me how to eat it via YouTube, before we went. The three dipping sauces were amazing – so much umami. There were three of us and there were leftovers; it was just so much food.
