Went about an hour ago. Ordered a number 3 and a beefy 5 layer burrito. The drink was low on syrup, was just colored carbinated water. I got 2 burritos and a hard taco. The number 3 is 3 soft taco supremes. This taco bell never gets anything right.

Went in, right away I saw the employees were messing around in the back. Gave them a chance anyways. They were cussing at eachother and saying really weird things to one another. Waited anyways after ordering thought maybe there just being young.

My husband and son just left this restaurant. They ordered and got there food and started eating. Both of them asked each other if the other ones drink tasted sour? My son looked at my husband’s drink and asked what is that floating in there? My husband turned his cup around and an ENTIRE ROACH was floating inside of his drink. They both fell instantly sick. No manager was there (of course) and they are now in the bathroom vomiting. Something needs to happen. NOW.

Today I came for dine-in taco bell and ordered veggie crunch wrap with black beans but first they give me crunch wrap only with lettuce then I went to desk and told them but one of them employee behave very rudely. Then they gave another crunch wrap and they gave me with beef. Then again I went to desk and no one is there I called them and wait for someone to listen to me and I waited for so long and I complaint about it and another girl were so rude that she said they didn’t have black beans. Finally they gave me crunch wrap that was burnt. I have also posted photo for reference.

I ordered the Doritos locos taco and a 5 layer burrito.. my taco had like no beef at all wth Taco Bell same with my fiancés his had none just cheese and lettuce! This Taco Bell always does something wrong my lemonade is so watered down it’s horrible!! A waste of $20 for sure!

I don’t recommend this location. DeAndre and Kiesha are RUDE. All I wanted was to get my meal replaced that was made incorrectly. Being talked to so disrespectfully about replacing my food is so wrong. I called a corporate manager only to find out neither of the people I talked too were managers. This behavior is completely ridiculous. Treating customers this way should never be tolerated.

We had never used the giant touch screen to order before, and the manager there was extremely helpful in teaching us how to use it. He was very personable. The food was better than last time we bought stuff- they ran outta almost everything, told us, but we ordered anyways, like goobers. Taco Bell standards were met.
