Great tasting seafood boil. The waiter recommended we go medium spicy instead of hot, and it was a great recommendation.

The food at this place was decent, but nothing to brag about. The staff was friendly enough but the service kinda sucked. There was hardly anyone there besides us, but our food came strung out over half an hour or more. We only got refills once, right before we left, and there was some kind of nerve-grating music jangling on and on. Over all was kind of alright but there are definitely better places out there.

Recently ordered a seafood boil bag and it was great. Food was well seasoned, corn and potatoes were obviously fresh. I did a takeout order and the women over the phone was extremely polite. Prices are average and about the same as other seafood restaurants. Would return here again!

We ordered door dash and thought our order was wrong. It wasn’t but the girl on the phone was so rude about it and just had a nasty attitude. She hung up on me twice. When I called back the third time the manager answered. He didn’t even seem to care, he also had the nerve to correct me when I called the girl a hostess. I ordered with door dash I have absolutely no idea what your establishment is like. If you have a hostess, cashier or whatever. When we finally sat down to eat, they didn’t even put salad dressing with my salad. The food was ok, but I definitely will never order from them or even go there.

Service was excellent and food was great. Seasoning was a little too salty but overall I would come again to this place compared to other places in the area. Looking forward to next time!

I used to eat here all the time but it has gone down the drain. The Manager with the dreads was completely out of line. After ordering $100+ worth of seafood boil they forgot the $40+ bag and when we called to notify them, he told us to drive back up there and bring the entire order so he could check to make sure the food was missing. We let him know we were coming from Newport News(30mins away).Once I got there he didn’t even check the bag. He immediately said I’m sorry there is nothing I can do. He kept saying the policy on the door with the 5 other signs (homemade signs) & that we should’ve seen it. I asked if that was the case why have me drive all the way back with the entire order and he had no answer. When I asked for the food that I had to be remade because it had now been sitting in a steaming bag for over an hour, likely over cooked he responded he would charge me for a whole new order. Then decided to say that’s all I got for your drive back is an apology. It is so much to unpack from this visit but I will never come back nor recommend anyone here ever again.

I recently visited this seafood restaurant and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The seafood was not fresh and the crab legs were of very low quality. The prices were also very high for the poor quality of food that was served. Our waitress seemed uninterested in providing any assistance or addressing our complaints. It’s clear that the owner prioritizes profits over providing a good dining experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will not be returning.

Known best for the seafood boil bags. Those in our group who ordered those bags were satisfied. Other seafood is fried only, no baked, broiled, or blackened. Restaurant seems more oriented to take out than dine in. We had a large party and service was just ok, not great. We had to keep asking for drink refills, extra ketchup, lemons, silverware, napkins, etc. I noticed other diners with smaller groups were having the same problems. After a pretty good wait, all but 3 people in our party received their food. All was good and hot but the missing 3 dinners didn’t arrive for another 15 minutes. One was apparently picked up and served to another table by mistake. The other two boil bags just were late coming with no explanation. Fried flounder was pretty good but a couple of our folks said theirs tasted fishy. All of those fried dinners came with an ample amount of fries but hush puppies had to be ordered separately. The Cajun fries were the best. Their clam chowder was ok but not worth the $5+ charged with few oysters and minimal potatoes. The Shrimp Fried rice came with only 5 small shrimp, leaving one in our party disappointed. Hip Hop and Rap music was played very loudly with some offensive lyrics making the atmosphere not too family friendly.
