I ordered extra tomato and extra hot peppers, and got one tiny hot pepper and one tiny piece of one tomato slice (see photos). My first time at a Jimmy John’s and the taste was very good… Delicious and fresh bread

Surprisingly quick service for a cramped downtown location! Food is on par with other Jimmy John’s (very tasty!!) and price is reasonable for the area. I work in a building just a block away, and this is my (and many coworkers’) go-to for an easy meal when in-office.

Took 5 minutes before they realized I was even in the place to order much less say hello. Made sandwiches with missing ingredients (no sprouts on beach club). When I asked for it to go the subs were placed on the counter with nothing else. Had to bag them to go myself. Not a huge deal but a clear message of not giving an F

Sandwich was wrong. Added Mayo when it should have not included Mayo. The menu in the store didn’t even say Mayo for my sandwich, but I said it again to verify and it still included it. Also, awful system for picking up your sandwich. Instead of a number they just call the sandwich type. I mean a crowded shop with many people ordering the same sandwich??? I would continue, but I need to go choke down this mayo drenched garbage…

Placed an order today at 1216pm it took 50 minutes before my order was placed out for delivery at 104pm. My office is less then 2 blocks from the location and it took an additional 25 minutes to re eive my order. When I called the store to complain all they would say is oh we’re busy. Their slogan freaky fast is a joke.

First of all, customer service is always a make or break for me and I was so happy to experience good customer service after a long morning waiting at a nearby hotel. I walked to the restaurant and my sandwich was made immediately and with care. It was also very fresh and tasty, I will be coming back while I’m here!
