Zero stars , manager took me order and when it wasn’t made told me I must have called the wrong store. Showed my call log . When I called, I specifically asked if I called correct store. Manager was so rude, so a call in order takes an hour because he is incompetent. This is unacceptable. The REASON FOR CALL IN IS TO, NOT HAVE TO WAIT. NEW MANAGEMENT IS NEEDED. YALL CALL CORPORATE. Or nothing will ever get done.

Friendly staff but for some reason all of the Little Caesars in Texarkana have really flat dough and sometimes they seem to be undercooked. This store is by far better than the one off of Richmond Road and Moore’s near the small Walmart but they all need to cook their food better. I would recommend something more like Pizza Hut in Texarkana.

Horrible product and customer service tonight. The crazy bread is literally the size of my middle finger. It was told that’s just how they make it now. And my extra most best pepperoni pizza was overcooked and crunchy. Worse than a thin crust.

Just went and got a pizza from them. Got the hot and ready and it was the dryest coldest pizza I have ever had from a Little Caesars. Tried to call and give them a heads up that they needed to check their pizzas, and the phone is disconnected. Avoid this place at all costs.

Preorder our pizzas and when I came back to pick them up they acted like they didnt know about the order! The person in the back said he made them but they ended up just throwing together parts and pieces of other orders they had made to make a sad attempt at our order! All said and done the pizzas weren’t made to order and they were mostly dried up messes that had sat in the hot case to long highly disappointed!

Prices have gone up everywhere, what used to be a five dollar pizza has now become over eight dollars and that’s just for your normal carry out. Other than that. Pizza was good and fresh, the people were very friendly and the overall cleanliness was great.

Fyi..the so called “manager” Jacob is very unprofessional and the place is dirty. He didn’t want to refund me my money because they don’t pick up their store phone. Jacob is clearly a person that doesn’t like African Americans. Don’t go there!!!!!! YOU WILL GET SICK!!!!!!

Wouldn’t recommend. Horrible costumer service, the fridge for the drinks is warm, and they always get my order wrong. I’m a vegetarian and opening my pizza to meat is so gross.

This place is a joke. Period. Since I had to wait so long on my own botched order I had plenty of time to see just how many people’s orders are incorrect or worse incomplete. Definitely will not shop here again. One star is too much.
