I absolutely loved this sushi restaurant. I live in the East Bay but often work in Fresno, so this has become a ritual dinner stop for me. Fish is fresh and the rolls amazing and very unique. If you haven’t tried the Ichiban Maki roll, make a trip to try it. A roll with No rice. The roll has 3 types of fish inside and wrapped in a cucumber wrap! Knife skills have to be impeccable to create this roll. Just met Tony the owner recently. Such a class act and such a humble guy. If you’re in the area, seek out Kimono Sushi. You won’t leave hungry.

Good quality, clean and yummy sushi! They have some good specialty rolls that taste super yummy. Good price, just double check receipt for correct charges and price match from menu. Quick service, but not tentative servers.

Everything was nice. We had a coupon, and they gave us a yummy sushi. The only thing they needed was air conditioning. It was a very hot day. I think most places were hot too.

The staff are really friendly and nice! The price is reasonable! It seems a great environment! But I only got to-go so this review focuses more on food! Some of the sashimi was not that fresh! I doubt whether they put tuna instead of salmon inside for the Alaska roll so I had to give a 3-stars review!

Service was awesome and friendly. I found this place on Yelp and the most popular item I saw reviewed was the Dragon Roll. So of course I had to try it and it was definitely very tasty and fresh. Didn’t take long to prepare. It was so good, I had to go back and order another one before my lunch break was over. Will definitely be back to try more options when I can sit down and take my time. Highly recommended!!!!!

Hard to find a welcoming place past 8pm in Tracy. This was exceptional service from beginning to end. Menu was great and food did not disappoint. My extremely picky young adult daughter was satisfied. Recommend for sure.

The staff are very attentive and the service is fast. The fish tastes fresh, would recommend “The Giant” if you’re up for a challenge. Good sized rolls, but preferred the Sushi over the bento. The presentation of the food is beautifully done, it’s my favorite aspect of the meal. Would definitely come back to try more.
