To the Manager identified as “Kai” who yelled “What” to me in a loud, disrespectful and lack of customer etiquette because I asked in a low tone were the crab Rangoon’s fresh, I will be following up with your General Manager via email. You’re the tallest employee in the store and a front line leader, but you’re setting a bad example for your subordinates who are supposed to look up to you. Even the young female cashier who was ringing me up looked shocked at how you yelled at me. If you couldn’t hear me because of the noise in the restaurant, yelling What! to me in a nasty and disrespectful way is the the way.

Let me tell you something. I don’t know who was back there that was making the rice at around 2:00 PM Monday, February 13, 2023, but whoever it was deserves a raise and then some more because my whole meal was phenomenal. As a matter of fact, give the whole damn team a raise. When I tell you that rice brightened up my whole entire mood it really did. There has never been a Panda Express that made the food THAT good. 10/10

Love Panda, but picky on which one. This Crestwood store is awesome. Food is fresh and they’ll even cook fresh for you. Have never had a bad experience here. Great managers, great staff! Keep it up! I end up going here at least once a week and ordering from door dash at least once a week for work as well. Only from this location though!
