Took my family to Ponderosa for dinner today. Just wanted to say that the food was terrible. The Buffet bar didn’t have much of a variety at all and what was there was dried up or the containers were almost empty. Oh, the staff was very apologetic for the appearance of the Buffet bar. We will never eat at that location again!

The staff were awesome and very attentive. The food was horrible. Not a lot of options, the food tasted disgusting. My favorite thing was yhe Pepsi. I used to love Ponderosa, I’m very disappointed.

My experience was terrible. The food and service was good, but hygiene was terrible. The bathroom were very for dirty and looked like it has never been clean. Also there was food smeared all over the walls. Will never eat there again.

Anytime I’ve eaten here, the food is cold. YUCK! And, the dining areas and bathrooms are always messy, dirty and untidy. Save your money and treat yourself to a REAL restaurant. Not this dump.

Used to be a clean and nice place to go,very run down now and employees are dressed in blue jeans thats a no no ,there are dress pants and the restaurant itself is very dirty in the dining area ,carpet floor actually smells from dirt and windows are filthy,childerens high chairs are filthy, booth chairs have tape on them to cover up tears ,restaurant needs a manager who cares and wants to bring it back to when it was nice and clean and the franchise must come look at ,health code issues, there is a cleanliness issue,and that carpet is gross thats a huge issue with me it smells
