Our family has been going to Lena’s for at least a good five years, but we have started seeing some slacking in their food. The pork chops that I order today met that criteria! Very disappointed that anyone can see these pork chops burn and serve them to a customer when you’re spending $50 for a delivery of their food at their cost. Sometimes you just better off ordering a pizza pie from a family neighbor pizza shop. See photos. STILL would go to LENA’s for their beef stew and ox tails don’t get it twisted.

Food is good but customer service is the worse, I order online and they didn’t bring me the side order, I call the restaurant and they told me very rude that everything was complete I explained to her that not because we where missing the fries for my chicken parmigiana, after a while arguing she say will send the delivery with my fríes, after one hour call back the restaurant and she says it was on its way but the delivery never came. we used to order every week and i feel so bad about this experience. is been 3 month so far. Hope they see this and train their employees.

I like their food – I’m not Dominican so don’t judge (my friends think the food is bland). What’s unfortunate is that they tend to forget to pack key items (Today was a $20 garlic shrimp). Made it worse when I called to inform – even offered to drive and pick up – and was told, “we packed it and you can get a refund from Uber Eats”. Lol. The reason for a one-star review is simply for the customer service and an accumulation of poor food experiences (5 times). You can definitely find bland or missing food elsewhere with much better vibes!

Maybe it was a bad day but their Fried Pork chops had zero flavor and Zero tastes. The pork chop was also as hard as cardboard and couldn’t finish it was so bad had to spit it out… No wonder they have no customers .

The fried pork and the beef empanada was the worst I’ve ever had in my life!!! Some of the pork was terribly seasoned and dry like wood and the other pieces was greasy, the pork was not edible and was trashed. There was barely any filling in the empanada that had pastry so hard it damn near cut my lip!!! Please take heed to my warning, DO NOT ORDER THE PORK OR EMPANADA FROM THIS PLACE….IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

I want to start with saying how lazy these people are. Probably my luck, every time I try to give them another chance. They just prove me right. 1st time I was disappointed was with a “morir soñando” which is technically evaporated milk and orange juice. Sounds disgusting but it’s SUPPOSE to be bomb. I was given one with expired milk it smelled sour and there were tiny pieces of white I’m guessing bad milk. I would’ve gone back out I was already half way to the Bronx that day. 2nd trip they offered a drink while I waited for my order. I thought this was a great karma turn around, 2 grown ladies arguing who was going to make my drink because 1 wanted to go home and the other lady was busy. Last but not least, I got home I decided to take my order home. They left the piece of wrapper on the salami, thank god I took pics because I was OVER IT. Please check your food before you leave!

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went in person not acknowledged, servers in their own conversation, I walked out. I gave them another chance by ordering food to deliver ,after waiting for an hour I called to see the status of my order, was put on hold for 20 min. With no one coming back to the phone and was hung up on, called back to be hung up each time! Will never frequent this establishment again, don’t care how good their food my be!!
