I waited 7 minutes for the manager to hand me an order that was already in the warmer. A male employee saw me at the counter and ignored me. The manager was on the phone talking and laughing the entire time. It didn’t sound like a business call. It took 30 seconds for her to walk to the warmer and hand it to me.

Supervisor Adrian is rude. I ordered online and paid with ebt in store.. one of the pizzas were gluten free and I asked if it could be corrected.. he said no so when I asked for a refund or store credit (I had not received the food yet)he said I would have to wait until tomorrow. I even asked if i could pay the difference to correct it. He proceeded to antagonize me when I was talking on the phone with someone about the situation.. his customer service is terrible. I had to call the police to get him to cooperate .

Awful – Wings were soggy, cold and not at all crispy – I asked for well done. The pizza I ordered with points thru the app was not rec’d by the store. Overall an awful experience, a waste of time and money. Will find a local pizza shop from now on.

Very bad customer service management is very rude and unprofessional she will denied everything to corporate and lie to her own benefit she won’t refund you or remake your order again unless you bring everything back, The food is grossly undercooked topping or cheese not enough when paying for Extra even when its noted to be well done the wings are not fully cooked or sauced right they also won’t give you plates or napkins its a very bad location they need a whole team it should be under new management or closed this been going on for months
