My car was towed after minutes. I didn’t notice the sign and rushed to the doctors office next door. When I came back 10 minutes later to move my car, it was gone. Someone said they were watching people and as soon as you leave the premises they tow you. I have never been to this location before and was clearly not paying attention because I was focused on getting my daughter to the doctor. But 10 minutes, really? Is that even legal? Needless to say Papa Johns lost a customer today, forever. This behavior is predatory – someone could have warned me instead of calling the towing company. This is not business but preying on others’ vulnerability (people rushing to the doctor). Shame on you.

inconsistent delivery times and pizza making. I’m writing this right now having waited 1:10 and still no pizza. watching the tracking app, it sat in “preparring” for 20 minutes, which means they don’t have enough drivers and the pizza just sat there until one was availalbe. They need to properly staff this location for dinner rush time. If you are going to pick up, their parking lot also sucks

As those who know, their pizza is divine! I’m a stuffed crust, the works type of gal. I order it at least once a week. It’s just so good! But it’s the customer service and pricing that’s not consistent. This pie can cost between $19 and $24! Yeah, this bothers me. Our recent trip to Papa John’s was disappointing with customer service due to the mixed messages we got from the reps on the phone to the employees at the store. Again, great pizza but the customer service makes me open to other pizzeria suggestions.

He was very kind, welcoming, and polite. Unfortunately, he didn’t use gloves, and he didn’t washed his hands after touching his beard, his pants and the register machine which is usually the most contaminated in every store, considering they keep money there and imagine how many people touch money with dirty hands.

I ordered a papadia, they forgot to put sauce in it, didn’t cut it, virtually no cheese and it has very few toppings. Basically, it’s just bread with a few meatballs, pepperoni and a few shreds of cheese. Terrible. Edit: I called the manager the next day. They delivered me a replacement papadia. Photos 5+. I didn’t mind paying delivery or tip. However, this was also not cut apart, no sauce, and even less toppings. Overall? More disappointing.

Unlawful towing attempt at 7am of my car, at this time the parking lot was totally empty as Papa John’s is not even open until 10am. The towing truck was hiding somewhere to rush in trying to tow my car as I was just running across the street to get a coffee. The very rude, aggressive towing truck driver even demanded me to pay $25. Never will I ever come here again. Bye bye PJ. What a horrible, unethical business practice.

Used to be good, but ordered today around 5pm for dinner, since I finished all of my final exams…called at 7:30pm after long wait about my order, trying to find out when would it be delivered, and they told me it left long ago..8:57 pm, still no order..so, even the manager didn’t make it right! By making another order and delivering it himself! As far as I’m concerned, got ripped off by both driver and franchise! Didn’t offer a refund NOTHING!!! they are not delivering my dinner at 9pm. Tracker from 5pm still says 18-28 mins for delivery.
