This is the third time in a row, I mean 8 attempts and each one of these times I’ve had to order that’s 24 failed attempts while I’m wasting my time on my job sites with my crew trying to order food instead you make me pay full price and not use my rewards and I think it’s being done on purpose! I’ve attempted to use my reward points both through the app now through signing in through my phone on the Internet and it absolutely will not allow me to use my reward points and it’s wasted my time to a point where it’s getting to where I’m probably never gonna order from Pizza Hut again unless they double my points and figure out why the rewards cannot be applied easily to an order!!! it’s not simple it’s almost like it’s encrypted and they’re making it to where you can’t use your rewards as by design I am very upset!!! I will be calling customer service today and again, I will order food from somewhere else if this is how your company purposely avoids being able to use your reward points through the app!!! now I tried it online on my phone and it did not work it says it’s holding it in my cart but yeah it won’t let me add food literally should not be this hard… I should be able to put my food order in and in promotions I should literally be able to check use reward points that’s how it should work both through the app and online I’m no IT guy but I can tell you this, I use reward points through everything and there should be simply at checkout a way to check use reward points for this purchase and it should that easy it should be that easy.

They are absolutely awful. The woman running the store. I guess the manager didn’t look up when I came in, didn’t greet me. I had already been waiting outside for over 15 minutes for an order I placed to be picked up at 12:15 for curbside. I told her that I was here for an order that was at 12:15 and for curbside and she’s like well I’m not doing curbside. I don’t have a problem with that necessarily, but how am I supposed to know that? Half of my lunch break with you sitting there waiting for an order that was done and never brought out to me. I tried to call and of course they never pick up the phone. She didn’t apologize. She didn’t say sorry she just made excuses. Awful Customer Service . I haven’t even looked at my food yet, but I’m just gonna assume it’s trash just like this location.

Was given a 45/50 minute wait, ended up getting almost 2 hours. I live 5 minutes away from the store I ordered from and it still took me 25 minutes to get my food. The pizza I got was cool to the touch, the crust was flat and it was so tough I almost couldn’t take a bite. I paid 50 dollars for this order and could probably have had a better one if i’d gotten a frozen one from Walmart for 5 bucks.

This is the worst pizza hut ever. This is the 3rd time ive tried to order pick up.. was a disaster. This time ordered for delivery 1 hrs after “pizza out for delivery” i never recieved the order. The “fillin manager” wouldnt refund my order becuz doordash was responsible for the undelivered pizza which i never ordered door dash but the use door dash. Which i ordered online. The manager just hung up on me & never would refund the money or speak on the phone how to solve it. Ill never use them again. This is the 3rd time trying to mess with these clowns.

The staff is absolutely horrible. The manager was some Mexican lady who was extremely horrible and very unkind. This Pizza Hut location has gone downhill tremendously and needs to hire better workers. The food is not great either. Pizza Hut is not a good pizza place compared to others. Placed my order online. After 50 minutes I tracked my order to find out it had been cancelled. I called the store & was told my order was out for delivery & to callback if I didn’t receive it. Called back after 10 minutes & was told the driver had returned it. Did not take any responsibility but that they could remake the order & set it back out for delivery. At this time it was over 1 hour so I told them no just cancel & refund my money. Manger on duty denied my refund. He said I could only get store credit because that’s their policy. Only the GM can give refunds. They could not give me the GM’s phone & I need to leave my contact information & wait for a callback. They have lost my business. Would give Zero stars if I could. Do not recommend this location.

Horrible service!! This my second time ordering and they are alway understaffed and ordered are backed up for at least two hours. Each time this store has been in utter chaos. At least twenty people while in store while staff is running around.

Was given some old pizza, had my teenage kid pick it up for me and we hit the roadtrip, i dont live down the street either. Had to call corporate and still havent recieved a call back, luckily theres manager named nicole i believe and she just needed to see my reciept and i showed a picture of the ugly pizza and she honored me with two new pizzas and a little extra, so she is the only reason i gave 2 stars. Im very dissapointed in the fact that pizza hut hdq cant even call back 2weeks later for a $30 pizza order, and they can definetely be rude.
