Okay, to that Texan who gave the ignorant negative review… I’m from California and we know good food. I’ve eaten Texas Mexican food…and it ain’t that good (what is that white stuff in a squeeze bottle sitting on the tables in Texas?). What negative reviewers call ” runny salsa” is what’s known in the business as Fresh Salsa. This place is fresh and yummy. No, it’s not as cheap as Taco Truck food, but customers are paying for the clean dining room and friendly floorstaff. Don’t walk… run to the place with runny salsa!

Wonderful food. Our server was amazing! She was there when we needed her yet not intrusive! The manager was great as well when he heard that my margarita was not strong enough for my Irish flavor. He gave me another 2 shots in a margarita. This place has the best fajitas ever. We are from Joliet so we are use to Mexican food so we are picky. When we are down this way we always try to visit for the food here. Great food, drinks, and more at this place. I highly recommend going here

My very picky, cook boyfriend was finally pleased with a restaurant! Food was great and a lot of it was home made, we ordered very specifally and the food came back better than expected. Margaritas were perfect had a good amount of booze in them. Our waiter was very personable (in the good way) and friendly, will be back! Also I thought pricing was average, we only spent $30 on two huge meals and 5 margaritas! ($3 Margarita day)

Horrible, the staff was extremely rude. Had poor time management skills. Went their for my Birthday, and pretty much ended up leaving 20 mins later. Without receiving anything. Ordered drinks, didn’t get those. Waiter was impatient due to other guest their. Was rude to me because I inquired about sweet tea. Didn’t even give us napkins when we had our what you want to call chips, and Salsa. Won’t be going their. Ended up going to Red Lobster and spending a lot with better service. They missed out on good money, their loss.

Food was horrible, Margaritas were strong with cheap liquor, seems they need to get one drunk in order to like the food. On the other hand service was great. We come from the Charlotte, NC area, which has a high Latino population, so we know what great Mexican food taste like, and this was not it.

We found this restaurant on a wander. On the outside it looked Gringo on the inside and the food real Mexican. So what does that mean, simple food cooked right. Gringo Mexican is always covered in stuff and cheese etc etc etc. Real Mexican is the food, beef, beans, rice etc etc etc. So if you are the type not looking to complain or be bedazzled by useless ambience this is it.

Cool staff. About 11 bucks all you can eat buffet with a coke. Buffet looked Fresh and staff appeared to check it often. Lots of choices. Didn’t get to try everything. Will be going back to finish off that buffet.
