Not sure how to rate the service. The waitress served the food as soon as it was ready. So she did a great job. Food tastes great. The problem was that the chefs made the variety of ordered meals and sent them out as they were finished being prepared. Our party of eight could not eat at the same time as by the time the last two dishes were served,15 minutes had passed from when the first orders had been served. So rather than wait for the last plate to be served, friends were assured to begin eating them while hot. Funny thing was is that the last served was cold sushi. So if you dine here,ask that all the food be served at the same time if you want to eat together.

My wife and I ordered them for takeout. It’s a very interesting situation cause the quality of the sushi at a quick glance looks substantial and as if they used decent ingredients. But the food was not fresh at all. It was almost as if it had been sitting out and stale. They might be using too much vinegar in their rice or maybe cheap rice, cause it was almost soggy and too moist. We probably won’t be eating here again, unfortunately. We ordered 7 rolls, spent about $70 which isn’t too bad for sushi, but expected better quality for standard pricing.

Food was not good, my cucumber salad was drowning in rice vinegar and my sushi roll just wasn’t good didn’t help that the seaweed was bad and stringy. There service was nice and polite.

Me and my wife have been here for many times since they’ve opened and we keep trying new items every time, nothing disappointing so far and everything is great. They started with complimentary Edamame while we look at the menus. This place is great and needs more people to know about it!

Absolutely awful! Excited to try since they reopened under new name, and have sushi. . Old place was good. Benoit box salmon just ok. Bento box sushi- not good. California roll smelled very fishy, not good. Fatty white fish and salmon, not sure sushi grade. They didn’t even figure it out when I asked for the check and had only eaten my miso soup and a nibble of white fish, 1 piece of salmon. Also dipping sauce on plate was like dishwater. Very disappointed.

I went to this place for a veggie option and very much disappointed with their food taste. At first excited looking many options on their menu, but the smell of the food was awful and tastes was worst. Wasted the money spent at this place. Would never wanted to try again here.

Best sushi in Ripon. Haven’t eaten in yet but have had it to go 3 times now. High quality fish, authentic dishes, and large servings. If you don’t like this place you probably don’t know what good sushi is.
