Ordered two pizzas with garlic crust. Both came without garlic crust. Online they told me to call if I had an issue with the order. Literally the only reason I order dominos is so for the garlic crust. So obviously I was disappointed.

We used to order from this restaurant a lot before moving cities. We decided to try this location, and it was a good decision. The taste of their pizzas is awesome. We love to order their garlic bread twists, their garden salad, the pepperoni pizza, and their extravaganza pizza. All of which is delicious. Plus, their employees are always so friendly.

What a terrible experience and to a store that just doesn’t care. Ordered 2 large pies, asked for them to be cooked well done but were just regular. Worst thing is the delivery guy dropped them at some point and decided to deliver them anyways. Don’t bother wasting your money here and find a different place.

Poor customer service. Employees lack social skills. Walked in and waited by the register a few minutes while the employees played in the office. Finally got noticed only to find out my order was nowhere to be found (even though the tracker said both pizzas were ready). Turns out 1 pizza was left uncooked (preped by the oven) and 2nd pizza was given incorrectly to another customer who happened to return as I waited (and even then, that pizza was made wrong).

Carry out order, tipped $5 and waited. I waited over 20 minutes in the store after they listed my order as complete. There was a very large order apparently but why list it as complete if it’s not ready to be picked up?

Very happy with the customer service I had tonight! I accidentally Mis clicked on the dominos app and asked for the wrong sauce on my pizza. I went back to the store to see if they can make a new pizza for me because of my mistake and they accepted no problem. Highly recommend this dominos location, not to mention the pizza is always fantastic from this location!

I had placed my order online and payed for it as well. Sent my daughter to pick it up being it was pd for so she wouldn’t have any trouble, well they told her it was never placed. (We always do online ordering) I then head over myself to see what the issue was, low and behold IT WAS THERE, manager was of no help as to why they had lied to my daughter in the first place. Quality of this location is sadly going down pizzas we’re poorly done, not fully cooked, cold and not even pre cut entirely through. Definitely not going back.
