Stopped on my way home from work when I got there they said they we’re only serving pepperoni and cheese pizzas I said okay I’ll take two hot and ready pepperonis and an Italian cheese bread with sauce. first the pizza look like it’s been sitting in the warmer for 10 hours and tasted about the same the cheese bread had very little cheese on it and she forgot my sauce and when I asked her about it she ran in the back and brought me a half a cup of sauce and acted like I inconvenienced her

I ordered the veggie pizza with extra sauce. I think they forgot most of the veggies and instead of extra sauce they didn’t put any sauce on it, the employee even made a point to tell me she put extra sauce on it.

Waited in line for 20 mins order an order that online costed $19 but in person costed $24, was told to pull around up front and wait for 20 mins. Waited 50 min before going inside, waited another 10 min to be helped and when I walked to the counter and told the cashier my situation he angrily looked at me then turned to go make my oder that I had made over an hour prior. When I finally got my order and brought it home, i was given the wrong pizza.

So tired of rising prices and lower quality. I just drove through here and ordered an extra mist bestest and a hot and ready sausage. The dri e thru menu had no prices and now I know why. The bill came out to over 8 bucks a pizza, not the 5 it was a few months ago. But worse yet, the sausage pizza had 14 total small sausage balls. Two pieces had zero sausage on them. This location is poorly managed and plan on waiting an extra 30 mins for your pizza. Employees appear to be incompetent when it comes to reading names on the boxes. You could visibly see that employees are stressed and overwhelmed. Would not recommend getting pizza here.

Can’t ever get a pizza there in under an hour. If they’re that short staffed just close down. It’s been this way for over a year. The quality of food is just awful as well. The employees they do have are under such an amount of stress that they can’t do their jobs. Seriously the worst.

This place keeps going downhill. Ordered delivery & the food was wrecked. The bread sticks looked like they had been intentionally squashed in someone’s hand & the pizza looked as if it had been dropped (hopefully in the box) and had all the cheese mooshed to one side. Plus none of it was even fresh. Won’t be ordering here again.

5 stars for a drive thru! I know there are a few locations that have them. It’s just so convenient to be able to pull up and stay in the car with your kids. The staff were really great for the one visit I made to this location. They had just restocked their 2 liter root beer so they had to work hard to find me a cold one. They were super friendly and helpful.

The service at this store has taken a dive. There is no such thing as hot and ready because the lobby is always closed and instead of having people with custom orders park and wait, the drive thru (only option) is a parking lot. Don’t waste time or money here. I’d be happy to walk in and use the portal but the app claims a 30 min wait for hot and ready pizzas.
