I wanted to get 2 small blizzards and a drink 2 hours before closing and the lady at the window was completely unprofessional. She had a very monotone voice while taking my order and wiped her nose repeatedly without a tissue or any type of sanitizer. She kept snorting back snot while handing me my things. Completely disgusted and will not return.

Every order was wrong and I had to wait over 25 minutes. Half the order was ready as in nachos but buy the time the rest was ready the nachos were soggy and with no jalapenos as ordered as well. Had to remind them about the ice cream cone with the kid meal. People were also complaining about the drinks being flat. Worst ever experienced. The blizzard was awesome

Ladies bathroom door won’t lock. Nacho cheese tasted almost burnt. Staff was very friendly though. I’ll think twice about stopping again. It used to he one of the best places for fast food in Nac.

This is my second time going there. First time the night manger made me change my baby on the table because she already cleaned the restrooms. But before that she asked me why I couldn’t change her in my lap in my car. She got mad at me for throwing the diaper in the trash. She wanted me to take the dirty diaper with me. Today or yesterday I went to order two blizzards for me and my son and the drive through worker was just rude. Never said thank you or your welcome. My two year old even said she didn’t say thank you. She didn’t even bother giving us napkins. The whole time I was at the window she never said a word. But closed the window and said something about me to her coworkers and saw the other girl looking at me and in my car. Its time to get better workers and get rid of the stinky attitude workers

I have come here multiple times and am always disappointed. The service is kind but slow. The main problem is that they are ALWAYS out of some very basic menu items. Everytime they don’t have tea, they don’t have taco meat or they don’t have chicken. It’s always something wrong. God forbid you order through a delivery app, since it’s always missing something in the order too.

This is the third time I have been at this establishment. It is also the second time there was “no ice cream.” I can fully understand a Dairy Queen running out of other items such as hamburgers or strawberry or blueberry syrup or oreos, etc. Please explain to me how a dairy pawn runs out of ice cream. Has a McDonalds run out of hamburgers? Does an IHOP run out of eggs?

Waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes. We noticed the 2 cars ahead of us got to the order area, said something in the speaker, and then drove off. We found out why when we got to the window. We tried to order 4 blizzards, and the lady interrupted us and proceeded to go down the list of what they DID NOT have. It was literally 98% of the ice cream menu. I replied, ” I don’t know why you’re even open,” she said. “Yeah, me either.” we then drove off like everyone else.
