I’d give them a zero. Started taking my order but they were out of everything I was ordering. No ice cream for the milkshakes, no chicken fingers. So I ordered some burgers. Then they said their computer shut down. I said what does that mean? How long does it take to reboot? They told me I should just leave. So I did. We usually eat there once a week, but I won’t be back to this location. It’s a shame, too, because the food is always great, but the service stinks.

Could not walk in, had to go thru drive thru. Ordered unsweet tea, got a soda. Went back thru the drive thru again, asked for the unsweet tea, got a sweet tea. Employees had bad attitudes and were very rude. Will never go back.

First of all, they messed up my order, people work hard for the money, so whenever they treat their self to dine out, they should get what they pay for! So when I called and told them they messed up my dinner they said they would replace all the meals. I couldn’t go that night so I went the next day, and was told they would not replace all the meals they would only replace the burgers. OK that’s fine. The place was so disgusting and unclean. I almost just didn’t even want the food but that’s my hard earned money. The manager was rude. It was a lady and I guess she’s the head lady that’s what she said, acting like she paid for the food. There was trash all over the tables. Where they haven’t been picked up the place was so disorganized I will never give this place my money ever again it’s disgusting unsanitary rude head manager as well. Also, I almost forgot I’m allergic to onions and they put that on the burger I pacifically told them no onions!! The problem with these places. Today is People don’t take pride in their work they just slop burgers together and expect it to be OK. It’s not OK people work hard for their money.!!

Absolutely greedy and they don’t take responsibility for when they mess up orders. Ordered breakfast and was missing my hash browns that came with my chicken biscuit order. The #1 chicken biscuit I ordered had eggs and cheese on it so I couldn’t eat it along with the biscuit being so dry. I also ordered a sausage biscuit and the biscuit on that was dry as well. When I called and spoke to a manager she was very rude and disrespectful saying she’d only replace what was missing and not what was made incorrectly. You can’t reach anyone from their corporate number because they have the phone lines shut off. I used to love Hardee’s growing up but now they’ve lost my business due to not being able to take responsibility for the things they messed up on and not try to make it right.
