One of the culinary gems in Santa Fe ! The duck fat fries and polenta fried are outstanding and a reason alone to visit again! The pozole was also very tasty. Service could be friendlier but it was accommodating (we were a large group). The atmosphere is Great and the wine selection excellent!

Really impressed with the execution of each dish I tried. The waitstaff was ultra-accommodating as well. I asked a lot of questions about ingredients due to a recent illness I’d experienced and was still sensitive to. They were knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations given my temporary restrictions. Highly recommend!

Everything we ate was phenomenal especially the curry and lamb burger. The duck fat fries with the garlic aioli were delicious. The young man clearing tables and bringing out water was great. Our server seemed like he’d not be there.

High end cooking, delicious ingredients and a really nice ambience. The polenta fries were original and delicious. Everything else I tried was excellent, and if I ever visit Santa Fe again I’d love to check out more of the menu.

Wonderful. From the reservations to the service to food. Such a great spot. We will definitely be back. Duck fat fries, chicken liver mousse, duck pad Thai, 1/2 duck breast spicy/sweet.

Tonight was our last night in Santa Fe. We met a couple at a cocktail bar who recommended Joseph’s. Our first choice was booked. Joseph’s worked us in for a high top at the bar. The crispy chicken and the lamb burger were both amazing with duck fat chips and duck fat fries. Okay, strayed from the dietS. Our server the little brunette and the hostess (the tall brunette) made the night perfect.

We had a very nice experience here after deciding to drop by at the last minute during a quick trip through town. Despite our less than formal attire (I’m used to living in Portland where you can go to the symphony in sweatpants these days), we were welcomed in and enjoyed a delicious meal. I was impressed by the wine list and more than satisfied by the exquisite preparations of several vegetarian dishes we tried (we don’t eat meat but there appears to be plenty of good options here if you do). We loved the polenta fries, ratatouille, vegetarian enchilada, and the napoleon. All imaginative and tasty. Wouldn’t change a thing. The staff were also great, and the setting is fun – reminded me of French country meets pueblo revival. A great, cozy spot. Bravo Joseph.

My wife and I were in Sante Fe celebrating my sister-in-law’s birthday. My sister-in-law saw this restaurant on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives and wanted to try it. She has some food sensitivities, but we learned from our very nice and informative waitress that most items on the menu are gluten free. The table bread we had was gluten free. It was surprisingly moist and had a lot of taste. We shared the tamale appetizer, and I had the lamb burger. They had the deconstructed vegetable enchilada. The lamb burger was cooked medium, and it was so juicy.

First time eating here (not sure why) and absolutely loved it. Everything we had from Negroni cocktails to the Hamachi sashimi, to lamb curry and tenderloin steak, to the lemon raspberry tart were sublime. Our server, Lulu, was knowledgeable and attentive. And, surprisingly, the check was very reasonable for the overall experience. I highly recommend.
