Went today at lunch – ordered ahead on the app. Waited 5 minutes in the parking lot and went in to get my food. It was ready when I went inside. There were several tables full of people. More waiting at the counter for their orders. Inside was clean and tidy. Decorated awesome as always. The colors are bright & definitely pop! Will recommend this location to others, local & passing through. Conveniently a minute off the side of 74 at the end of Wal-Mart parking lot for those not from around the area. & My salad was amazing! ❤

Im for out of town I ordered 4 wings and things traditional and 2 order of wings and fries and a kiddie finger meal. I was given boneless wings instead on all my orders. I told them and they said it was a lot of food to waste after the fact that it was their mistake. And then told they could make it right by charging me for my meal again. Doesn’t make any sense since it was their mistake. Never coming here again. Trying to make it up with a couple of cookies. Wow and their attitude sucks, tables and floors are nasty and they are just standing around and joking around.

The Forest City location is horrible! The past few times we have eaten there, the orders have been wrong and the employees have been super rude!! My husband had the window at the drive thru slammed in his face several times because our order was wrong. The dining room was closed so he couldn’t go in and the people were hateful to him. Tried eating inside this time to see if it would be better. It was not!! Unfortunately, we will not be dining at this establishment again.

A bunch of kids that don’t wanna be at work so they treat you like a nuisance rather than a customer. Don’t order right before closing because you won’t get anything that you ask for for some reason it seems that half the menu is unavailable close to their closing time! Or that was our experience anyway! They even said they were out of tea! C’mon guys!

I went thru drive thru in 8/25/22 and ordered a fried Cobb salad and when I got home the salad had NO Chicken on it so I called back bc I was not going back out tonight. Told the lady that answered phone that my salad had no chicken on it and she told me to bring back the receipt of course like most ppl do I tossed the receipt and the only proof I had was the order ticket tHat was taped to the bag, she said that she can’t take anything but the receipt back so I guess I’m out of $9.80 for a garden salad never again will I come here bc clearly they have children working in the back that can’t read!!!! Beware if you go here check your bag before you leave!!! I will not be back.

Keep driving!!!!! They were out of everything., even napkins! Ordered in restaraunt to take out, place is filthy!!!! Fries under cooked, chicken cold. Drive a bit further and avoid this place!!!!
