The food was fantastic, I had wings, thin crust pepperoni, and old world garlic bread. Everything came out spread in wildly different times and our friend’s food came out 20 minutes after we were done eating. If they could nail down the food timing, It would have made for a better experience.

An absolutely adorable restaurant with a friendly staff that left us all laughing together. The food was served HOT and fresh. I highly recommend the chicken Alfredo its so creamy and delicious.

At first glance you might think Davanni’s is just another Michelin starred Italian eatery. However once my girlfriend and I walked in we realized we had entered a down to earth hearty pizzeria with lots to choose from. We shared a huge taco pizza that I can only describe with onomatopoeias such as wham, bam, and of course kapow. We also got Caribbean jerk wings that did in fact make me emotional. The moist chicken was delicious and the sauce was indeed sublime. To quench my thirst I partook in a refreshing cola with a hint of cherry I’m tempted to call this beverage a cherry coke but I don’t wanna make dangerous assumptions. Overall it’s a 6/6. Would recommend to anyone who likes good food/service at good prices and those who wear eye patches. To summarize it’s good food you should eat here.

The pizza was amazing! It was hot! The sauce was delicious—it just took a while to prepare, 15 minutes. Anything good is worth the wait! I’m sorry I didn’t have any photos, the food was too good to pass by. Oh! One more thing…I would recommend the deep dish pizza too, when you can!

The deep dish pizza crust has the consistency of a typical garlic bread (light bread like) with toppings added. Definitely not a Chicago-style deep-dish but that doesn’t mean the pizza isn’t good. Their traditional crust was more typical of what I would expect from a pizza. The staff was great, the restaurant was clean but the food did take a little long to get to the table because there was a large order before us. I’d say if you’re in the area and you’re looking for something different, consider giving it a try. I was there with a family of five and we ate for 40 bucks (two pizzas).

These restaurants are notorious for the high turnover rate. They cannot seem to keep workers. Low pay and no benefits is what I hear.

Service is good, but the deep dish is cooked in far too much oil imo (pizza hut style) with incredibly salty sauce. The tuna sub has the most mayo you’ve ever seen on a sandwich.

This place is currently under construction ** so pictures show what’s the current status. I was surprised with how many workers there was for a not so busy place. Could be due to our crazy spring snow storm. People still need to work. The lasagna was alright… but the boneless chicken wings (medium) were on the burnt side covered in dressing. The garlic bread was really tastey! They do have a private seating which would be nice for bigger groups. It’ll be nice to see how this place will end up looking.

We stopped in the other day for a late lunch/early dinner. We have been here many times…and…have had both wonderful service…and…delicious food always. The restaurant was pretty quiet when we arrived. We ordered immediately…and…had our food in roughly fifteen minutes. Everything was made perfectly…as expected. The food tasted very fresh. My favorite item is the veggie hoagie. The ingredients…topped with red sauce…and…cheese all blend so well together on the toasty bun. Their pizza is also pretty yummy. The hand-tossed crust has a nice amount of chewiness to it without being doughy at all. The menu offers a quality variety of pastas…hoagies…pizzas…appetizers…and…desserts. They do also have beer/wine service…with a small bar counter inside. In the back…is a rental room for parties/special events. It is decent-sized. Something I personally love about Davanni’s is: they have their own inhouse delivery drivers. I never use delivery apps so…when choosing when to order delivery from…this aspect is of importance to me. This is a great smaller family owned local chain that we will always support…and…recommend.

Reading the other reviews, it doesn’t surprise me there are other 1-star reviews pinned to Elise. Her disrespectfulness stands out as the worst customer interaction I’ve ever had. I’m never going to this Davanni’s again and will encourage others not to as well as long as she is working here, that is for sure.
