Their food is cooked just right and they get the order correct most of the time. They are willing to fix their mistakes. But when using the app, that is when the service leaves something to be desired. All orders though the app have to be picked up at the counter – no drive through or curbside. The wait time is longer than ordering through the drive through.

Some of the employees of this McDonald’s said that they were going to spit in our food because they were mad from a big order. We weren’t the only people to hear it either. They were also putting other people’s cups on their heads and filling them up for customers. Terrible service.

I ordered a plain double cheeseburger with cheese only. Got onions on the cheese so could not even scrape it off. Ended up driving back to get another one. This is the 2nd time McDonald’s has put onions on a plain double cheeseburger. First one I tried to scrape onions off and ate it anyway.

i visited this mcdonalds tonight and ordered a bacon ranch mccrispy, and a 10 piece nugget meal with a tea lemonade. They gave me a deluxe regular mccrispy with mayo on it, and just a lemonade. Im extremely disappointed as the bacon ranch mccrispy is a higher charge as well as a lemonade.
