Not sure what is happening now in this location. It use to taste really good before but I’m not sure if it’s the products, ingredients or equipment that needs to be addressed but the pizza has been burnt too much or overcooked to the point the crust ain’t even good just very chewy or dull to the point your jaw or teeth hurt. The look of the pizza look depressing too. Staff is super friendly here though to my family and I when we order but I really do want to address the issue with how these pizzas are turning out lately.

I spent $70 for 3 large pizzas and when they came I noticed the all 3 pizzas was over cooked the top was real hard and the crust taste like it was sitting out all day and i ordered threw the pizzahut app but it was delivered buy doordash because no drivers came to work as the general manager told me. I called up there and let them know about me pizzas that i paid $70 for. And he told me he cooked them and thats how pizza hut pizzas been looking and tasing for years. I knew he was liyingbecausehe told me i was the only order that went through that oven all day

I use to go to Pizza Hut but they say they do not deliver in Round Lake. I called to order a delivery close to closing I asked if it was OK. They said Yes, so I did. They never delivered it. Be Honest People.

In regards to the gentleman Robert working this morning, October 25, 2022. This gentleman was truly amazing. I feel that he went above and beyond I ordered online and for some reason two of my pizzas did not go through on the order he promptly made my pizzas and got them out for me right away no delay, also he kept my other food in the warmer while I waited. He was very polite and kept me updated the entire time. He was a perfect example of exemplary Customer service.

Lunchtime order. Made my order by phone. Was told to give it 20 minutes. I did and the order was ready. Noticed the signs on the door with regards to COVID (wearing a mask and no more than 3 people at a time). Robert, who took the order, was pleasant and offered small talk as he cashed me out in the register. It’s been a couple of years since I’ve had Pizza Hut. I will come back again and eat at this establishment. I appreciate the their customer service and quality of pizza.

I placed an online order with you at 6:24pm (CST) and the email I received said it would arrive at 7:10pm. At 7:21pm I got a DoorDash text saying my order would arrive at 8:04pm. The driver wouldn’t even get there until 7:44 to get it, so the food would be waiting 20 minutes before even getting in the car for delivery.

Pricing has gone up and the food quality has gone down. Simply can’t follow instructions listed. Sometimes the pizza is undercooked, and sometimes its over cooked. When we had ordered a pizza, it had a long hair on the pizza, wasn’t hygenic at all.
