They wouldn’t process my Credit Card online because I didn’t want to leave a tip (prefers tipping in person with cash). Pickup time was reasonable, they did act like it was urgent to get me out the door while the machine was still processing my card.. Anyway, this was a pizza for myself, not to share since no one was home but myself. I had a couple slices last night for dinner, and 1 today for lunch, pizza stored in original box in the fridge.. So when I went to get 1 slice for lunch today, I found short black HAIRS in the end of the stuffed crust, and I’m not sure where on the body this is from or which employee it belongs to, but it is disgusting and now I’m unsure if I ingested someone’s hair last night unknowingly.. Submitted feedback to Pizza Hut corp with photos, waiting to hear back.

We recently had a problem with the bottom crust on a stuffed crust pizza being like hard cardboard the general manager Amanda Johnson was very quick to respond to the problem and offered great customer service, we were given a credit for our next pizza which we ordered today 6/18/ 23 and it was delicious and perfect, it proves sometimes thing go wrong, and it’s how great customer service can correct the problem! Again thank you Shannon, awesome response and great pizza!

The owner is charging extra fees on food, service, and additional state fees. RECESSION FEES. It’s not worth it. I usually order from Corona or Lake Elsinore. Better quality and fair price.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza on the app, and was given the wrong order. Told the staff that they messed up the order, and the manager, Rachel, started yelling at my dad for no reason, when we just wanted to the right order processed. What kind of customer service is this? First, YOU (Pizza Hut) messes up the order, why is on the customer to rectify it. I will not be going back to this location. The quality of the pizza was poor, the crust was dry and thin, and honestly tasted like cardboard.

My pizza never showed up. When I called, the person who “delivered” the order said he took it to the wrong house and tried to blame me! Take responsibility for your mistakes don’t try to pass the buck. He said I must have put the wrong address.

great customer service, friendly, made sure that i received my order and was 6 ft back when I opened up the front door. I was greeted and he let me know that I could go ahead and grab the pizza and that he would then pick up the tower (which was what it was sitting on). Pizza was hot and tasted great
