Food is delicious. Customer service was awesome & friendly. Quick service, communication was good. Store was very clean & cold. Wide variety of different sodas. Accessibe condiments, lids etc. But the price is a little steep. $45 for 2 to eat a burger, fries and a drink. But the serving sizes are that of a giant. I’ve never seen a regular so large. Would return.

The best burger on this side of Gwinnett. The amount of fries well worth your buck, and the milkshakes are delicious. I enjoy coming here when my family craves burgers, the customer service is always on point.

So… the cheeseburger was fine, the fries were really good, just like the ones we got at home on the boardwalk, or at least close, but $45 for 2 people to eat burgers and fries, I am sorry, but I can get a steak and the trimming for that price. If you MUST have a hamburger and price is not an option, then this is a great place, but for the price, I think you can do better.

Good burger and fries as always at Five Guys but I really was surprised at how one staff member was when I shared that the ketchup dispenser was out. If you are gonna work in the food service industry you should at least have some customer interaction skills.

Hadn’t been to a five guys in a while but figured I stop by since they rather unnecessarily opened one in my neighborhood. Sadly they still wrap their burgers in foil so it’s still that soggy overpriced burger. Also they finally added a smaller portion of fries called little fries except it’s almost $5 and can still feed a party of 3. Oh and salty as hell. I had to scrape the salt off before I eat them. There are at least 3 better burger joints in the area; Culver’s, Red Robin and Burger 21.

The prices have gone up considerably at this location versus other locations in this area. The restaurant itself was dirty, even though it was not busy. The ketchup was empty and it took awhile for them to refill it. We ordered a cheeseburger and regular fries and it came to over $17.00. The size of the fries have gone down considerably. A regular sized French fries is now $5.69. It was definitely not sized like any other Five Guys. Nor was it worth nearly $6. When we asked, there wasn’t a teenager who could help.

I ordered Burger with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and onions. It had no onions on it, it had one little round curled up clump of lettuce, and a small tomato. The fries were soggy and the whole meal was rather tasteless. I expected better for that price.

Had a great hamburger at this five guys. Really quick, and just a good location to have a good burger. Parking is kind of stupid and horrible. But what do you expect from these new developments?
