Service = horrible. Flirting and chasing each other around before, during, and after our oder. People in civilian clothes playing the flirting game behind the counter as well. Atmosphere = beyond horrible. A workers young child was at work, while who I assume was mom was working. The child was running rampant in the eating area, pushing chairs all over. Beating on customers tables. Standing on top of tables with shoes on, jumping on and off. We had to get up and leave. Grab a$$ behind the counter was more important than occasionally checking on the eating area and the child.

I absolutely love Jack in the box and there are not many locations here in Corpus Christi, But I was not impressed by this location at all. We opted to sit inside this time around, The food took a really long time to come out, and the AC was not working in the lobby. We were sweating the entire time we sat and tried to eat until we finally just packed up our food and ate the rest of it in the car. Very frustrating and very disappointing.

Food is good. Different then most places. Like the fact breakfast is served all day. That being said it’s slow to get your food. Not many people there just slow. Although guy that brought food out was very kind and friendly.

There are often minor problems at this location but the service has usually been competent and friendly. Today however was absolutely horrible. There was a line at drive through that did not move for a very long time, man in the car in front of us did not get someone on the speaker for ages and he was clearly upset. They were out of a type of bun and asked over and over if we still want the sandwich with a different bun. Person at the window ran off to do something else after giving us the food but no drinks before even taking payment. We waited around 5 min before she even came back. She was unbelievably rude this whole time. We did eventually get to pay for our food after someone else asked us what we are waiting for. We did not get our drinks in the drive through and had to go back for them. Then, on top of everything else, she was insanely rude AGAIN when we wanted our drinks. Unbelievable!!

Went here tonight for a quick dinner, ordered a bunch of tacos for me and kids. My son starts eating one and said dad I think they put something weird in the tacos. I looked and they look like they where made the day before, and tasted disgusting. I asked for ranch and bbq the manager I think, was more concerned whit giving me 1 ranch for my large order then checking the quality of food going to there customers.

Overall good the times I have come here. But never know if it’s open! Gone through the drive through a few times and no one is there. The exterior of the property is very very sketchy at night, no lighting or anything. Frequent homeless people ECT.. would avoid after sunset. Lighting in the lot or on the exterior of the building would go a long way to open it up to guests.

I went there and to see that they allow their employees to hang out with Crack heads and allowing Crack heads to be hanging around their establishment says a whole alot of that place. I’ve seen 2 employees getting high with them in the back. So if they allow that then i don’t want them making my food. I told the Manger about it and she brushed it off so that just says she doesn’t care. Never again will I go there..

Horrible experience. They gave us the incorrect food. Forgot our drinks and sauce. I had to wait at the counter for 5 min before yelling to the back that we were waiting to get the missing items. They are always saying no stock of drinks and certain menu items. They said they got new management but it’s the same disgusting service as always. Go somewhere else.

Bit into my breakfast sandwhich and noticed it tasted funky…. Pulled the egg out and noticed it was literally a rotting egg cooked and put on my sandwhich. So disgusting. It seems lately this location isnt doing to well at all. Been having to take my food back a lot. Dont think ill be a customer here anymore. You can poison people like this. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. When you try to call any of the local locations you literally cant get a single soul on the phone.

Over cooked tacos and they didn’t even have taco sauce packets or in the tacos…burgers dry and feels like ur eating cardboard…they let the homeless sleep in the lobby and management needs to be replaced with someone competent cause the GM can not think they are doing a good job at running this store..
