I am beyond disgusted with the employees at this restaurant. My husband and I walked up to the counter and the female employee looked at us and walked away saying something to the next female employee. The second one came to take our order. The woman literally was slipping food in the bowl sometimes staring at me. They barely spoke to us at all. This all boils down to the females were Latino and I’m caucasian and my husband is from Venezuela.The cold service I believe is a act of discrimination because all three of the latino women have the same attitude towards me and wouldn’t hardly speak. .another note I paid $45 for two bowls and chips and two drinks. I would love for the corporate to reach out to me. You do have a serious problem here. Acts of not treating everyone the same is racism. I expect to hear back from someone concerning this. Thank you!

Order online and I was given a completely different order. Ordered a chicken quesadilla with rice and corn. Was given a burnt stake quesadilla and no rice Oder chips and guacamole chips bag was almost empty and no guacamole worst experience ever!!!

Horrible service at this Chipotle location. Not sure why this specific location is poorly managed but the employees are so rude, racists, and always full of attitude. I thought that was only me until my neighbors mentioned that they feel the same way about this location as well. At one time I ordered a salad bowl and asked for the vinegar dressing on side; one of the employees said they dont have any, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS BEHIND HER IN THE FRIDGE….When I asked what about that; she said no that’s for something else as if I’m dumb… So rude and racists!! I hear a lot of people in the community always complaining about this branch’s employees and I’ve been ignoring it, but now I see why……

Terrible experience buying from this store! My order was a quesadilla with pico de gallo, corn, vinegar and the guacamole that is already included in the quesadilla and what I received was a tortilla with cheese and chicken with vinegar! when I picked up my order, they should train their employees better and the supervisor or manager make sure that the orders are correct.
