I’m not entirely sure why this place has such a high rating. We had never been to this restaurant and the employee, who greeted us clearly had some chip on his shoulder or is just not really that friendly of a person but he was not very friendly and we were there to spend money. The cashier at the end was, however, very friendly. The wings were mediocre, lacking any sauce. They could have easily been frozen wings prepared at home. I did like the burned pieces on the pizza, but because the employee had such a poor attitude, and clearly just didn’t want to be there, I gave it a lower rating.

An employee called me shortly after placing my order to tell me they were out of bell peppers. Thinking he was about to ask me to order something else, he surprisingly said he was going to the grocery store next door to buy fresh ones and didn’t want me to stop by while he was gone thinking they were closed. Amazing customer service! They have traditional pizzas and some unique options as well. It was pretty good. My only complaint is that most of the tables had not been cleaned but it appears the one employee there was working by himself so that is understandable. I do recommend the pizza and will be back.

They need to upgrade retrain and rehire these children are in here playing with people’s food. I pay for my food and the staff is sooo immature. Maybe I ordered to much for them to handle. One pizza, Wings and Cheese sticks come now. Not to mention they couldn’t pay attention long enough to think I would want all of my dishes together at one time. Pizza Served Cheese Sticks cooking while the Wings are getting cold. Not worth another visit that’s for sure.

As someone who worked here, I can say that this store, and the one located off of I-10 is owned by someone who has no care in the world for anyone but himself. I was told with 2 days notice that I was losing my job, because bills weren’t paid for the location and everything was made out to be like business as usual. While the food was good, learning about someone’s true colors whom I had worked very closely with for nearly 2 years has soured any chance of any other locations receiving business from me in the future.

This was my first time. Great customer service. Staff super friendly, polite and helpful. I did my purchase last Friday because I did not want to cook and try something new. The pizza have a great tasty. The buffalo chicken was perfect, has the perfect balance with the spicy. And little one enjoy the traditional cheese pizza. I will go back. The time I was there I saw a lot of movement but not a lot of people staying in the place to it, almost everyone was to go.

New pizza new review. Going back to classics, Margherita and Trenton pie, fresh out the oven for all of u to see. The customer service is amazing as always. And I’ll say it again. That brick oven plus the portions at this place blow mod pizza out of the water……..the Trenton tomato pie was super dry thus time I have to change my rsting to 3 stars.

Terrible customer service. Called ahead to ask if they had dairy-free cheese. Was put on hold so the confused person answering the phone could go ask if they did. Was told “we have vegan cheese”.

We have ordered from 1000 degrees a handful of times. Pizza is usually very good, but there have been a few times where one pie in the order wasn’t that great. They have also made a few mistakes in our orders, but, they have always been accommodating and gracious about it. But honestly, their classic pepperoni pizza is the reason I go. It’s delicious. Overall, definitely worth a try!
