For starters…The staff here is always so rude! They ignore customers and the orders are never correct. I came in tonight Seconds after 3 people saw an employee DROP CHICKEN ON THE FLOOR, toss it in sauce and put it IN THE to-go container before placing it in a carry out bag. Let me reiterate; THEY SERVED CHICKEN OFF OF THE FLOOR. The customers were all distraught and disgusted. I Will never eat here.

the food is always great. my go to place when it comes to wings and chicken sandwiches. however i came in today for just a large order of ranch. i ordered it and noticed all the employees disappeared into the back. 10 minutes later my ranch was given to me but i’m confusion as the employees there don’t seem to have a single clue as to what’s going on. love the food but absolutely hate the service.

Food was great, me and partner both had different types of wings. She said the lemon pepper traditional wings were amazing and I had the atomic boneless. They were cooked perfectly, hot, covered in sauce/seasoning and it was brought out fast. The staff was friendly for the most part. They deserve raises. Parking kinda sucks but where it’s at downtown, it’s to be expected

The fries were floppy. The chicken was overcooked and rock hard. The blue cheese was so flavorless that we had to try hard to tell it apart from the ranch dressing. We ordered 5 drinks none of which was Diet Coke, and the only drinks they sent were 3 diet Cokes. I would not eat at Wingstop again, as they got literarily nothing right.

Overall, mediocre at best. Twice I have ordered from this location and twice I have been disappointed. I don’t know how they re cooking their wings but they seem to always come out tough and dry. The sauces are ok but nothing special. Some of the songs had some broken bones with exposed marrow or something that spread an odd flavor though the batch.

Horrible customer service most employees were wearing headphones and were generally rude. The person taking our order watched tv the entire time we were attempting to talk to them and had us repeat our order multiple times probably because they had their headphones in.

Customer service absolutely sucks. Called to tell them my delivery order was made incorrectly to see if perhaps they could fix it & all they would say was “We don’t take delivery orders, it’s probably a different store.” When I made it specifically from this store. All of a sudden it went quiet, I said, “Hello?” about 4 times. The line was still on as I could hear someone probably cleaning dishes. No one wanted to respond & it seemed as it they just left the phone until I gave up & ended it. Absolutely unacceptable & seriously needs a re-vamp on training.

This location is absolutely ridiculous. I called 5 times no answer walked into seeing a girl sitting down on her phone didn’t even acknowledge me she was so stoned then I asked the cook how can I order he said he didnt speak English she did then they started laughing I asked her how long do I need to stand here to get my order placed long story short she said they had a bunch of online orders didn’t take walk in orders so I would have to leave and try to call or go online then says the phone isn’t working I will never go to this location again. Huge disappointment
