Never have I gone to a waffle house this nasty. The tables were like this the whole time we were here. No employee spoke when we came in, instead of starting our order, they weren’t busy, decided to not only go out for a cigarette, but also did not wash their hands up on returning to the food prep area. Waitress stood over us while we were looking at the menu which made us uncomfortable. Fresh gloves were also not used when working with new foods.

Amber was our server and she was upbeat and positive which truly made a world of difference in our morning. The food was served hot, in a timely fashion and tasted delicious. What a great place to stop for breakfast on a long drive. The bathrooms were also in cold working condition and clean.

How to describe the waffle house #888. There is but one word that comes to mind and that is perfection. Brad does a great job at both running the store and making a fantastic atmosphere, but it is a team effort and Jah does a wonderful job backing him up. It is almost like a beautifully corigraphed dance, both of these employees make this waffle house what it is and that is perfection.

The food, service, and atmosphere were great. I love the way the team worked together in there. It was crowded but Mrs. Heather got us in, seated, and fed so fast we forgot about the crowd. We stopped by a waffle house on every exit coming back home(Alabama), and this was the last stop. I’m glad we chose this location.

As soon as I arrived, the entire atmosphere was hostile among employees. The manager Jeff, was being yelled at a d screamed at by a waitress by the name Bella, that loudly talked about her replacement not being on time, throwing plates on the sink, splashing me from head to toe. Jeff the manager, maintained a silent posture and half grin, ignoring Bella’s tantrums. Bella yelled several time she hates this job. Autumn had a loud mouth also unable to remain professionally, belittling Jeff the manager. Our waitress was Preanna, who also carrier an attitude the entire time, obviously frustrated by her colleagues behavior. The cook Lauren was also unprofessional, speaking in a condescending tone to the manager due to her replacement not being there on time.

Tables were a mess. When table was cleaned, it was still sticky. Floor wasn’t swept underneath. If I didn’t have to do paperwork, I would have taken my meal to go. Waitress was courteous. Meal was okay (could have sautéed my onions in my hashbrown a little better. Atmosphere was dead quiet. No music playing, nothing. And half the dining area blocked off. Waffle House needs to get turkey/chicken sausage and/or turkey bacon. Everyone doesn’t eat swine.

We waited for 20 min before we even put our drink order in, then waited another 10 min to get them. I finally got up and asked if we could have our drinks. We finally got them as the food was served. The grits were mushy like oatmeal, and the eggs were not cooked right. Do not recommend eating here.

I can only speak for their truck parking there is 6 slots. And i was able to do my reset. There is a truck parking next to it but you have to pay. There is also pilot 1 mile away.
