Mr. Our Purpose Is Your Blessing
We had the pleasure of visiting Williams Fried Chicken and had a pleasant experience. After speaking with the owners directly we placed an order for 120 pieces of chicken. Our order was ready in 38 minutes. We also received napkins and rolls. While waiting to pick up our chicken order we spoke with staff who were very professional and enjoyed working at Williams Chicken. Everyone who ate the chicken stated they enjoyed it. We would recommend Williams Fried Chicken.

I don’t know what yall do to this chicken, but I swear it never fails. The way it’s seasoned and the way it’s just fried is outstanding. So please come on down and grab you a family size of everything because it’s just phenomenal. I swear you won’t be disappointed and I promise you’ll come back for more. I purchased a Chicken fried Chicken meal no spice and this is what they gave me in the first picture. I went back and complain and the Hispanic manager on duty had a whole attitude because I complained about my food. He wanted me to pay for a whole new meal they messed up. I refused to pay for a whole new meal and ask can they make me a new chicken fried chicken. The second picture is what I got. I will not ever go back to that Williams chicken. On top of that someone else came while I was waiting and had a burnt chicken sandwich they was bringing. back, smh.. He is not manager material and need to be fired or put in a regular employee position. Waste of my money..

Two out of three pieces of chicken was hot. Other piece was probably sitting in warmer. Hot fries!!! Lacking customer service skills. A hello and thank you at the window would have been nice!!! Other than that I will try this Williams again.

Only thing i dont like is the family meals dont have any sides or drinks everything you have to buy seperated they should change that.. and everything went up just for a 2 piece with one side and bread n drink almost 15 dollars oh no honey.. they need to upgrade their amount .. especially around that neighborhood
