I always buy papa johns because it is delicious but it is super unpleasant to go to pick up the order for example today a lady attended us we asked for the red flakes and she yelled at us and told us that it was only given in small pizzas…. and we had bought a large one .. she slammed the window on us yelling at us…. it’s disrespectful because we don’t care if they charge us, we don’t want it free, we just wanted Red flakes, it’s not that difficult…. You should improve your staff because it is very unpleasant to go to pick up your order and to be treated like that always.

Today I place an order for my staff and the driver was super disrespectful, didn’t let me even explain the situation was aggressive did not have his mask completely on, this individual didn’t let me talk and I returned my order. When the manager Name Julio call me he was obsessed don’t let me talk and after 3 hours he has not sent me a confirmation of the refund. I do understand that we are living in Difficult times but we have to respect each other and the workout place of other people.

The order was 43 minutes late. It was the wrong order. The driver put the greesey pizza on my Lexus. We called the manager and they argued with us for 15 minutes because we could not tell them every single topping that was found on the wrongly delivered pizza. Then they basically said “Oh well”.

This is my favorite pizza of all the chains! Fast delivery! It is a bit expensive but well worth it. I like online ordering system because of the convenience and simplicity of use. I’ve been ordering from that store for years but recently I’ve noticed that all the drivers Are stepping in and handling the food So they can get out Quicker. My problem with that is that they are not abiding by Corvid-19 guidelines. Also I dont believe that Papa John’s policy includes Driver’s handling food before it is placed in the box. Kind of risky For the consumer.

This is the worst place to order.. I kept calling and calling and they just put me on hold. So I went online to order 6 pizzas and instead picking delivery i chose carry out.. when i arrive i had to wait 30 minutes for the pizza because they only have 2 staff members working here. He didn’t even apologize to me for the wait. But what i notice is that they pick up the phone and they leave you waiting on the line. In other words they don’t care about the customer. That’s the reason why I was waiting for so long. This is the worst place to order pizza.
