This is usually one of my faves. But this location is not. For the high prices, $18 for Beef &cheddar combo and a chicken bacon Swiss. All the food was ice cold and tomatoes were warm. How does that even happen.

My roasted turkey bacon and ranch was perfectly toasted, sliced, and balanced with the right amounts of veggie to meat to extra ranch ratio. When I realized they didn’t hear me order the French dip, the guy got it out for me right away – yelling back to their team who got it out double time. Thanks for making my long day worth the wait for familiar comfort food.

This experience was so good that I had to write this review right after! We just went (6:40pm on 7/3/22) and the guy who took our order and the guy who gave us the food were GREAT! I’m not sure if they are the same or different people. The guy who took the order was super nice, thorough, and repeated every item to us. The guy at the window( I wish I got his name) did a awesome job!! He was very friendly, courteous, and fast. He made us feel welcome and did a real good job. We haven’t really eaten much other than the fries (since we litteraly just left) but so far the food is good too!

A nice change from the normal burger and fried chicken chains. Always enjoy the roast beef & cheddar with curly fries and mozarella cheese sticks. Their other sandwiches are good as well, although you pay more here than other fast food places. Good food plus friendly and fast service make this a nice location to visit.

Two of us, we ordered a reuben combo and a classic roast beef combo, asked for senior discount like always before but today we were told they don’t give one, only a senior drink, but with a combo the drink is already discounted (?) so no discount at all. The reuben seemed to be okay, but I had the roast beef classic, I requested lettuce, tomato and mayo. The beef was not sliced but shredded like they had gotten down to the last bit of meat and were using the scraps, and it was pressed onto the bun. There were two large leafs of lettuce and I went to pull one off and it had 3 or 4 black holes in the leaf that were rotten. I left the lettuce off. The bun was smashed and the bottom fell apart before I could finish it due to the sandwich swimming in mayonnaise. If I had been dining alone I would have taken it back but I tried to eat it because my elderly mother was with me and I didn’t want to embarrass her, and she had paid for it. The two trash receptacles were running over, the cashier and drive thru employee were tossing ranch dressing across the room, and they were not busy inside. I have eaten at his Arbys many times but was disappointed today and will not go back here.

After several good visits, I went out of the way to come to this one. Specifically asked if they still had a specific item, TWICE, payed for two of them, was told they don’t have em, and allegedly no one in the building knew how to issue a refund because of the “new system”. That last part is beyond unacceptable.

I like Arby’s the menu is full of choices, but it’s the small details that matter. How hard is it to add napkins to the bag? Nothing I hate more than having Arby’s sauce on my face and nothing to wipe it off? And also the napkin rack was also empty and I had to do the walk of shame to the front counter in front of everyone and ask for napkins. There were no napkins on the counter either and was forced to ask an Arby’s person while they were all busy back there and the cashier was taking someone’s order. It could have been easy by just putting napkins in the to go bag.

Today had to be the most absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant. Woman took my order at the front counter at 2:56pm and I didn’t get my food until 3:17. After she took my order she left. I asked another younger girl about my order and was blatantly told that it wasn’t her problem. Those two women should be fired on the spot. Luckily a guy working there asked me if I had already ordered and told him yes and he started preparing it only to find that he gave me the wrong order and had to wait another 5 minutes to finally get it. And another thing, the dining area was the nastiest dining area I’ve ever seen hands down. I should have called the health department.
