Absolutely disgusting. Ordered bakers & I received mashed potatoes with more butter than potatoes. Should be ashamed. Called and was told the manager left early. Said mgr is Eddie. Stay away from this location. Definitely gone down hill.

The food is fresh and the customer service is even better. I have been coming here now for the last couple weeks and each time I am greeted by the owner, Siam and his staff all with big smiles. Be sure to try any of the chicken items or my personal favorite – the brisket sandwich! This place is a hidden gem!

Per usual the food is amazing at this place. Even better is the customer service. I always get the pulled pork combo with mac and cheese and add a side of the sweet beans. My son loves this place too. And you can never go wrong with free soft serve! Thanks Dickey’s for having great barbecue!

So I’m not sure why this location doesn’t have a higher star rating. So it’s been an extremely long time since I’ve had anyone’s BBQ including Dickeys, like way back before 2004 mainly because my husband and I before he passed had our own little smoked meat business so we always ate what we cooked. Now the funny thing is that I really don’t like smoked meats but every now and then I want it and I don’t cook it anymore so I just don’t get it. Now my friend who is in the hospital is totally addicted to Dickeys (orders it so much I think she has it on speed dial and if she was to cut herself she’d probably bleed Dickeys BBQ sauce) and has 20+ that I’ve seen of the big yellow cups adding one today… LoL. So I asked her what she wanted for me to bring her so besides the carrot cake I had to stop and get she asked for Dickeys. So her choice of the menu is the 3 meat plate with baked beans and potato salad plus a side of coleslaw, mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese and of course her Big Yellow Cup of sweet tea and sweet barbecue sauce. I didn’t have time to take pictures because she was tearing up the bag trying to get to the food but I did get a little bit of each item and now here is my review of the whole experience. Everyone at this location is extremely nice, friendly and very helpful and they all had smiles on their faces and my order was correct. When I got to the hospital everything was still hot. The meat’s was spot on not only with the amount of smoke I like (I hate over smoked meats) and extremely flavorful, juicy and delicious and the sides I probably could make a meal just on them. The Mac and cheese was very creamy, the baked beans had a very great BBQ flavor and I really enjoyed the coleslaw but the star side for me is the mashed potatoes. I probably would buy a whole pan of them. The only drawback for me out of the whole thing is that for the amount of meat you get there is not enough of the great BBQ sauce it was gone too fast. I’m glad she asked me to stop by while I was here.

The worse $110.00 we ever spent. Asked for a giant baker you get 2 small potatoes cut in half and over cooked. Meat very dry Asked for a three meat plate get a kids plate. Food is horrible I will never go back. They were better off staying closed.

The atmosphere and service is nice! Price is fair. But the food is really just OK. If you just really want some barbecue and anything will do, Dickies is the place. Brisket was dry and lacked flavor, pulled pork had no sauce on it?? Even the bread was just alright. Also the amount of barbeque sauce you get when you place a to go order is laughable.
