This Chipotle location is terrible. My review is based on several visits to this location. Today was the final straw. I would not suggest ordering online or through the app. I did today and my bowl was missing nearly half the ingredients I ordered. Chopped veggies, queso and guac were all missing and they did nothing to resolve this. They are often low on or completely out of ingredients every time I visit. No stars ⭐️

Revising my review. I had a bad experience ONE TIME when the rice was undercooked but it has never happened again. I’ve been ordering here for about 2 years and they have been ON IT! Much better than the other location nearby in terms of consistency and quality of the bowls made.

The gal who made my burrito did a great job. It was one of the best rolled I’ve had in a long time, and it was double meat. The one working the register, though, she didn’t seem to be all with it and wasn’t very friendly either.

I usually have good service. But tonight they were out of half the ingredients I wanted. Typically restaurants will offer some sort of substitute and I asked, but the young lady was a bit rude and declined any offer. I’ll take my future orders to the one on Co. Line Rd. Train your staff a little better like Chic fil A.

The people are too loud. You can’t hear, they give you half a scoop of everything so you pay full price for half a bowl. With inflation going on, no one has time for that. The lady who made our food was mean and rushed us when no one was behind us. Never coming back.

Coming in on a Sunday night, they were probably understaffed. There were no paper towels in the men’s restroom and both of their trash cans were overflowing. Food and staff are always great! One trash can was taken out by the time we finished our meal.
