Well made, filling, and fresh tasting food. They have wraps for the carb conscious eaters. The chicken ceasar wrap I had was great. The croutons in it added a fun texture to each bite.

You don’t usually expect such a friendly staff in a “fast food” establishment. The entire staff was staying busy and making sure the establishment was ready for any customers. They even gave my daughter a surprise treat at check out. Great spot!

Highly recommend going to a different Jimmy John’s. This location does not care about charging the correct amount for food or about the customer being right. The sandwich was priced on the board at $16.79, but they charged $17.99. when this was brought to their attention, they simply shrugged their shoulders and said “That’s what it’s saying” (meaning the register). We decided to go somewhere else and the guy just said “Peace out”. Yep, we will, and advise others to do the same. There are 2 other Jimmy John’s in Wilmington that always give good service.

Have been there twice now since I moved nearby. The first time was excellent. Customer service was great, food great, price wasn’t bad. The 2nd time, today, was totally different. Barely acknowledged by staff. Kid who did take my order had zero personality, barely could hear him speak. I was nickel and dimed for things that were included last time. What sandwich shop doesnt include cheese with the sandwich? The same sandwich I ordered the first time cost double this time. I asked for the spicy ranch and was told its 75 cents when the last time it was free. If you’re going to charge for it, put the sign for it at the register so you can pay for it when you ask for it if there’s going to be a charge.
