We waited 30 mins for our food to be actually cold, wet the meat fell right threw the shell. Messed up a cheese quesadilla kids meal, had no kids drinks or the drinks we ordered, forgot multiple toppings. They always seem like theyre high, rather than working. $30 on actual trash, jokes on me though, if you don’t want to work just quit.

I have been to Qdoba many times and this was the worst location/visit I have ever experienced. We just moved to Indianapolis from Colorado and I was so excited there was a Qdoba nearby. I ordered online and nearly everything with my order was incorrect. My burrito had maybe 3 very small peices of steak on it, which was a major bummer after a long day. I paid for the shrimp burrito with extra steak and didn’t even get a single shrimp on my burrito. Also both of our burritos had no guacamole in either of them. I ordered a side of guacamole and didnt recieve that but instead another side of queso. With multiple errors I am extremely frustrated and they have deterred a consistent customer away.

Filthy, food had been sitting and was very dried out. The tea in the dispenser was old. Floor is disgusting, especially under the beverage area. Tables were filthy. We will not be back. Don’t usually eat at Qdoba but hubby and I decided to grab a bite here. The staff was friendly. The food was surprisingly good. I know things may not be back to 100% but the place needs a good cleaning. I usually don’t use restaurant restrooms but I took a chance. Silly me.. Maybe hire a cleaning service to come clean overnight. The walls need it. The windows need it. The bathroom really needs it.. When the light switch is brown from not being cleaned that’s a red flag. The sink has calcium buildup like a small granola cluster on the base of the faucet. Seriously please clean your establishment. Thank you

I had never been to a Qdoba before and never will again. The guacamole had no flavor, and the chips were as hard as rocks rather than crispy. The grilled chicken in my tacos was fine, but the flour tortillas were either stale or just very poorly prepared because they were tough and chewy. The salsa and cilantro I asked for as toppings were neither fresh nor flavorful. On top of it all, the entire food prep area was filthy and a lot of the food looked old.
