Worst service we have ever had here. Not once did our server try to take our dirty dishes, we had to ask another server to take some plates from our table and she was rude about it. Not once did we get checked on or asked if we needed refills. We ordered beer and got it an hour later and they were hot so didn’t get touched. We come here a lot and the service is usually great with a different server. No excuses because it was super slow and there were only 3 other tables in use. When we asked one of the other servers if she can take our dirty plates she rolled her eyes and laughed, still took it but wasn’t happy about it and threw it on another table and walked off upset. We were still respectful and kind and still left a tip hoping it was just a bad night for them ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️

Italian Food: I did not enjoy my meal at all. I ordered Calamari and it was tough, rubbery and not fit to eat; The garlic rolls had no fresh garlic on them; The spaghetti and meatballs were tough and inside the meatball did not look appetizing at all (mystery meat!); The salad was subpar; The desert, which I normally gobble down was tasteless. The coffee was good, 1st cup stone cold though! They definitely have the “atmosphere” but that’s it. I was able to get most of my bill comped. They need to learn a good recipe for their meatballs and learn how to cook the calamari and their food in general.

Got take out from here while on a short stop in Roswell. The Margherita pizza was delicious. Very cheese and tomato forward. Great tasting crust. Calamari was really well seasoned and crunchy. Nice refreshing salad too. They also threw in a ton of bread with the order. Would definitely go back.

Came to eat dinner with my boyfriend during our road trip. This place was AMAZING! A million times better than Olive Garden (Olive Garden is a safe choice for Italian restaurants since it’s a chain). I wish they had a restaurant down here in Texas. I think about this place at least once a month… Haha.

The service was VERY slow. They brought bread out only AFTER I asked. No butter, no oil and vinegar. Just dry bread. Upon asking for butter, we were told that we would be charged for butter. All the kids were done with the bread by the time the butter came, and we got charged anyway. At the end of the meal, we were not asked if we wanted dessert. They also charge 3.5% of your bill if you want to use a debit or credit card. This place NICKEL AND DIMES you for EVERYTHING!!!! On the other hand, the spaghetti and meatballs were good. That’s why I give it 2 stars. Upon leaving NO ONE said goodbye eventhough the manager was standing with in ear shot range. Our waitress did the best she could I suppose. Other than being slow she was nice. We will unfortunately not be recommending this place.

Went into dinner tonight. Waitress was very good and very attentive. I ordered veal and my husband ordered the seafood medley over pasta. Both were very good, except my husband’s food was Luke warm. He sent it back just to be warmed up, but still came back Luke warm. My veal was good, but the pasta was also Luke warm. I didn’t sent it back. We have always had good meals here but tonight was marginal.

We went to pasta cafe, and we were greeted and seated immediately by a very nice lady. After that, nothing. We sat for 10-15 minutes, made eye contact with several servers, and no one acknowledged us whatsoever. After that 10-15 minutes, we got the lady who sat us to get the manager. The manager was super nice, and tried to make things better and offered to wait on us personally, but at that point the damage was done and we just wanted to go.
