This restaurant has changed so much in the past few years. It used to be a nicely appointed Italian themed place with red table cloths and warm atmosphere, but now…no. They remodeled the place to look like a food court with no private tables. The food choices are extremely limited and the soft drink prices are the same as a movie theater. It’s a horrible disfiguration of what Passaggios used to be. So sad.

I was hoping for a restaurant, but it turned out to be a food court full of screaming kids and it all echoed and added to the horrible experience. Experience. The food is definitely overpriced, extremely bland and everything was à la carte. I was hoping for a nice Italian restaurant but I was extremely disappointed.

It was excellent Italian restaurant. We ordered 3 Ceaser salads and shared among 8 people. The serving of each salad was quite large and it was perfect for all of us. We ordered 2 large pizzas with 4 toppings. We asked for well done pizzas. Believe me they were really well done. Delicious pizzas. The best thing I liked was the service. The servers were so kind and gracious. We all enjoyed our dinner together.

The pizza is the absolute best!!!! The pasta on the other hand is VERY mediocre. Had the lasagna and the spaghetti and meatballs and neither was very good. The bread sticks are the bomb and we had 2 baskets of them, absolutely delicious! The service was fair to poor. Would go back for the pizza and bread sticks.

We knew Passiagos when they waited on you, had a salad bar, garlic bread included, good food and reasonable prices in a nice atmosphere. If you expect this now you will be highly disappointed as we were.

Love going here every chance I can. The food is yummy and so reasonably priced. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. The all-you-can-eat pasta is a great value for the price, which includes fresh breadsticks, soup and salad bar and all the pasta you can eat, with many different varieties to choose from. It’s even a better deal if you have a players card!

Excellent service (Jared) and terrific food. I can’t wait to go back. All you can eat pasta bowl with soup and salad bar was awesome. Minestrone soup was some of the best I’ve ever had. Take away one star for weird, limited hours.

Went to this establishment after an 8 hour drive from Sacramento. We were tired and wanted a place to kick back and enjoy some much needed food. What we were greeted with was a lousy hostess who scoffed at us for coming in so late. I get it, you guys close at 10, but we arrived around 9:15pm. After looking at her watch and giving the rudest attitude, she took us to our table and threw our menus down, then walked off. Speaking to the manager did little to alleviate the rudeness of the hostess, but the server was fantastic! We should have left but after the drive, we were too drained and just appreciated the chance to kick back, rest and eat. We will not be visiting nor recommending this establishment.

Just went there for our first time. Let me state the waiter and the bus boy were the best part. We received a pizza that was burnt couldn’t cut it with a knife. We were offered another of course but after already waiting close to an hour and having salad we were just ready to go. When my husband spoke to the mgr on duty he was argumentive and stated the cook didn’t know. Ok you cut a pizza and you can’t hear it crunch? And still send it too the table? In my opinion the pizza should have been free at this point discounted 8.00. Due the attitude of this mgr we won’t be back. But thank you you to the bus boy he was exceptionally professional and polite the waiter too. Maybe the mgr should take some customer service skills from them! ! Kudos young men you were the best part. I hope you teach your mgr you don’t argue with the customers not on an issue like this.
