So I have come to this location multiple times as 5guys is one of my favorites and I do carryout every single time and its always perfect! I got takeout tonight and for what is the first time I had an item missed and I noticed almost 2 hours after as I waited for another family member to get home. I called and the manager on duty whom I didn’t catch the name of sadly was so friendly apologetic and refunded quickly. I’ve always had great interaction with everyone here and regardless of this moment because accidents happen I will continue to order here!

I come here almost weekly, every-time I always ask them to cook the burgers well done but there is always a LOT of pink in the middle. Same with the hotdogs. They never cook to the food and I always end up throwing up. And when I was picking up food this one time I over heard a manger (I supposed considering the black shirt vs red) talking to one of the employees about condoms being in the back of the store. I believe this is highly inappropriate to be saying out loud let alone infront if customers.

I don’t how people eat here. I deliver food here at this location daily and weekly and their floor have be sticky for 3 weeks straight. So there is no way they are cleaning. Disgusting… Food is made fresh. I will give them that much it’s always made fresh. But clean up guys.

The burgers are great, no doubt. The problem with Five Guys is it’s priced out of being a reasonable option. Even the fries that used to feed a small country have been reduced to a cup and some more. In the past we would share the fries and just walk away going wow, I’m stuffed. Now it’s just a shock to see that two adults getting a burger is going to be $50…and now the tip options appears?
