First of all, the food was really great. I had the spinach and cheese calzone. It is HUGE! I’m not sure if the shop is undergoing remodel. The seating is very worn. The floor is a bit slippery. I killed a bug with a menu on the counter (the counter is actually really pretty brick). As gross as that is, I will probably try their pizza some where down the line. I also got a text that my food was done ( I ordered online) but I still waited 10 more minutes.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered online, called to confirm. Had to call 5 times to get a hold of anyone. Whoever picked up seemed super confused. Anyhow, pizza and salad came an hour later. Salad was inedible. Typically my favorite salad. Veggies were not fresh and the pickled veggies tasted like they had gone bad. It also looked like the deli meat had been grilled which is bizarre. Pizza was beyond greasy and cold and didn’t have the toppings we ordered on them. Garlic knots were barely baked. I let the driver know. He just seemed irritated and no one followed up with me. I was really looking for a new favorite pizza spot, but this place is definitely not it

I have to say that I was disappointed overall. We ordered delivery while on a trip to King’s Dominion. The food was cold, not even lukewarm. It should’ve been at least warm. The fries were like cardboard. The onion rings had good flavor, but were cold. The sweet chili wings had flavor, but were quite spicy. I doubt we get this place again.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Ordered Ceasar salad, fries, fried mushrooms, garlic knots & a canoli. Received a box with just lettuce & a bit of shredded mozzarella (not parm), cold, rubbery fries & a few garlic knots. Nothing else. Super sad. Called the restaurant 4 times. No answer at all. Such poor food & even worse customer service. Never again.
